We used Giffy as a company to provide our employees a gift card

We used Giffy as a company to provide gift cards to our employees. The platform offers a broad selection of gift options, which our employees appreciated. The ordering and distribution process was straightforward overall. There is some room for improvement in terms of clarity and user experience, but in general it served its purpose well as an employee gifting solution

Haven’t received the gift card

Haven’t received the gift card! Honestly, what a waste of time, I don’t recommend this service to anyone!

Gift card not issued

Ordered an IKEA gift card. Got an email to unlock the gift card but when I tried it just give an Oops something went wrong. Tried to call three times within office hours. Just an answering machine in Dutch which I don't understand. Writing in chat, no reply. Sent an email. No reply.
Update: Later on finally got a reply saying there was a technical problem. And the next day the card could be generated. However I already did my shopping at Ikea by then. Decided to take the gift card anyway for next purchase. Updating review from 1 to 2 stars because the experience was still bad.
