Ordered corduroy pants, nothing like the picture, very poor quality. I have been trying to return for two weeks. No phone number, no one answers chat. Terrible

I returned an item the day after it arrived in perfect condition. I should have read reviews first then I would have taken a picture before returning. The package was delivered back the following day but after several emails/messages and several weeks I was sent pictures of dress in poor condition. My refund was refused! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS FROM DUBAI

This shop is an absolute joke! Customer service, Never dealt with anything worse in my life. Been waiting for a refund since October! First been said my parcel didn't get to them even though my tracking said it has been delivered few weeks ago. Then after a month I was told I will receive a refund in 3-5 days and when I asked where is my money after nearly a month I ve been told my good have been inspected and they are no good so they want to return them to me. This is taking a piss! What an absolute disgrace this shop! Don't buy from them. Scammers and nothing else !!!!!

AVOID! Received my item quickly however upon inspection I found a hole in the item, I sent an email and photos with the 24hrs they request on their website stating the item was faulty and that I wanted to return for a full refund. That was a week ago and I’ve had no communication from them! No way of knowing how to return and now I am going to have to take it up with my bank as I’ve sent numerous emails, tried contacting through their social media and keep getting ignored! Con artists!

I recently purchased a set for €115 and paid an additional €30 in import duties. Unfortunately, the quality of the product was incredibly disappointing. The set is made of 100% polyester, which doesn't justify the high price. There were numerous loose threads, poorly finished edges, and even pieces of fabric hanging off. For the cost, I expected much better craftsmanship.

To make matters worse, you can find almost their entire collection on Aliexpress for an average price of €30. It really feels like a scam. I've sent two complaint emails since July 19th and still haven't received any response. Very disappointed with this purchase and the company's lack of customer service.

I recommended this website to a friend, as I've been purchasing my lingerie from it for nearly ten years. To my surprise, he came back and said, "Oh, but Trustpilot reviews aren't that good," so I checked, and I decided to give my opinion.

As mentioned, I've been using this website frequently. The items are always of good quality and arrive on time, with perhaps one or two minor delays over the years. Returns and exchanges are straightforward; email them, and you'll receive either a new product or a refund within a reasonable timeframe. Sometimes orders arrive from the UK via Royal Mail and sometimes from the UAE via FedEx (all duties prepaid), and both take the same time: 2-3 days (remarkable, really). Moreover, the prices are much more affordable than those of similar companies.

Edit: I've just realised profile is unclaimed, so they probably don't ask for reviews and have merely accumulated a few sporadic negative reviews from disgruntled customers.

I would give 0 if it was an option. I would not order from this company again. I had items to return and they gave me the wrong return address. Tracking number of my return states ‘sorry we were unable to deliver this item, as the recipient is no longer at the address’. When I emailed them to say why have you given me the wrong address they provided me with another one! Erm, what am I supposed to do with that?! I’ve already sent the order! After the rigmarole and expressing my dissatisfaction I finally received a refund.

Do not order from this place. They don’t let you return the items if you are not happy with them - they only offer store credit.

So if you are not happy with the quality - too bad. You won’t see your money back.

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do so. No customer service whatsoever. I called - no answer , I emailed - no answer, I WhatsApp got reply but problem still not solved as they did not reply to my last message.
I understand that them stuff is cheap but definitely to expensive when you see quality of them products.

Very slow delivery (despatched from UAE not UK), sizes are way off and still waiting for a refund when the return was received and signed for 12 days ago.
When I've emailed to ask where my refund is I get a broken English reply suggesting the refund has already been processed however the money has yet to arrive back in my bank account.

I never write reviews but thought I had to for this company. They are advertised as a UK based lingerie shop. I was impressed that they shipped the same day as I wanted an item delivered pretty quickly. Upon shipping I found out that they are based in Dubai, and the item was shipped via FedEx. It was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago, but has yet to arrive as it has spent most of the journey sitting in customs. I would advise against using them if you are UK based and just buy from elsewhere, it’s not worth the hassle.

Update: It did eventually arrive, but took over 4 weeks for an item that was “same-day dispatch”. Avoid.

Really happy with the service and the products. There was a slight delay over Christmas but they sorted it out so quickly and there was a real person who actually answered the phone. The lingerie was really good for the price too

Company advertised as "The UKs Largest Lingerie Store" this is intended to mislead as the company is based in Arab Emeritz and ships from here via FedEx. Expect long delays on orders while they clear customs.
Bad customer service, one they dispatch the item they don't care.

Ive never written to a company before but felt it necessary, we have gone
through the cancer journey and i wanted to get back the special
relationship between my hubby and i, your shop did the trick, its been fun
again, joyful, laughing, enjoying each other like we use too. I cant thank
you enough, very discreet, quick delivery, lovely packaging, lovely items, he loves them, I lov your shop, very glad to have found you.

Fab lingerie and service. I bought a lot of items on sale, prices were absolutely unbelievable and it was all good quality. I ordered different sizes the first time so some had to go back, however it wasn't a problem, got store credit for them as they were in the sales plus some for a little defect on the one I kept. I used the credit on another order and one item was a different colour than expected, I got a refund immediately and kept the item. Considering the prices and how rapidly customer service replies, I don't think I'll ever need another place for my "good" underwear!

The corset I ordered arrived and the under wire was sticking out so that's why I decided to send it back because it was faulty and poor quality. It also took a while to get a refund. The only nice thing I can say is when I called customer service the person I spoke to was really nice and helped me sort out this problem. I won't order from this company again.

Really hard to find stuff that fits, especially online, but their size guide was accurate and didn’t have to return anything, very pleased with my order.

Having read the positive reviews here I thought why not, and was genuinely pleased with everything. Can recommend.

Ridiculously poor quality & sizing. No refunds.. only exchanges or store credit - by rude "customer service". Will never buy from them again
