Really helpful

We used IMAFs for our latest mortgage, life insurances and to update wills. Rorie was helpful and provided us with great advice. I highly recommend if you are looking for mortgages etc.

Totally satisfied with all aspects. First approached the company for first mortgage years ago. Then when our mortgage was up for renewal and we were considering contacting Graham - he sent us an email seeing if we needed any assistance! We did and we made some changes which he was able to offer his support towards throughout. Even when the mortgage company were being poor Graham stepped in and chased them for us. Really great service providers.

We have used IMAFS for both home moves and our mortgage renewals. Graham is absolutely wonderful and takes all the stress and financial jargon away. He even advised us to keep a buffer rather than put everything we had towards our new house deposit. Unbelievably glad we listened because when covid hit and my husband and I lost our jobs temporarily. We will be lifelong customers and I highly recommend.

We got help for our first mortgage from Independent after a couple of other brokers could not find a deal for us.

7 years down the line, we are about to get our second, with their help again no doubt.

Through this time, Independent were fantastic with all the follow ups, setting up new rates etc, but most importantly, they were always there when ever we had a query, no matter how small.
