Ordered a Guardsman garage door barrier and opted to fit myself. Brilliant bit of kit, beautifully made and saved on my insurance premium. Highly recommended.

Dave and Rob arrived 15 minutes early and with no fuss whatsoever, set about installing my Guardsman. Less than an hour later they were finished and had cleaned up.
Dave then went through the features of the product, how to operate it and what maintenance may be required. I am very impressed with the product, it is guaranteed for 10 years and, hopefully, will attract a 10% discount on my insurance with BeMoto.
I have no issue with recommending Image4 Security.

Great friendly service from the guys at Image 4 security. I opted to have the Guardsman fitted by them, only took 50 minutes from start to finish and that was with me delaying them with lots of questions.
The Guardsman’s is very easy to operate, low enough that I can just straddle over it if nipping in and out of the Garage but high enough to make it really difficult and time consuming if anyone try’s to steal my bike. I would highly recommend getting the Guardsman fitted for the added piece of mind it gives.

Dave and Rob gave me a ring and arrived early on the morning of my Garage Defender Installation to my up and over garage door. The guys were very professional, friendly and explained every stage of the Installing process. They then explained and showed me how to slide the Defender into position, lock, unlock and remove to allow the door to open. The base plate and Defender look extremely robust and well made and should stand up very well to a sustained attack on them. I thoroughly recommend this Family Company, Image4Security, for your Security needs and wish them every success in all their future endeavours.

I ordered my Guardsman barrier via their website which was nice and straight forward. An hour or so later I received an email asking me to provide a couple of garage door measurements, as well as some photos of where the barrier would be installed. It took about 2 weeks for my barrier to be fabricated and shipped, during which I was kept up to date on it's progress. It arrived with all of the necessary bits and pieces, as well as some simple to follow installation instructions. After 90 minuets or so, I had it installed. It's an incredibly sturdy piece of kit, and there's absolutely no way anyone is getting through it without alerting the whole street. It gives me great piece of mind every time I secure my bike behind it. I absolutely recommend this product.

The best in the business! Dave is a top bloke and a pleasure to deal with, responsive and always helpful. Had a ground anchor, chain and padlock at my door in a jiffy. The products themselves really are worth the money, their Apex Pro really is the dogs danglies. Would think any potential theif would get a sinking feeling once they see that in the ground!! Could not recommend more, putting some pennies away to hopefully get the crown jewel; their Guardsman Barrier!

Great service. They arrived right when they said they would, I Had the team fit the barrier to my lockup and they were finished in around 15-20 minutes. They gave a demonstration of the barrier to make sure i was happy with the operation and i can now rest easy knowing my bikes are secure.

I had written a bad review regarding the Apex Ground Anchor I ordered some 3 weeks ago which hadn't turned up, and the fact I had some difficulty getting in contact with them this week about this issue. However, Dave contacted me today and I've been assured another one has been despatched and should receive it this week. Fingers crossed!

Fantastic bit of kit! Purchased the Guardsman Barrier after seeing it briefly on someone’s social media. Did some research and found these guys at Image4Security, based in Stourbridge West Midlands. On first impressions I thought it was a little pricey for a barrier but decided to go ahead anyway. Once fitted I was in no doubt at all about the quality of the item, substantial yet really easy and simple to use, the barrier is balanced by the use of a gas strut making the 20kg or so feel so lightweight it can be operated with more or less one finger, and the single barrel lock is so easy to use yet fully protected against attack. I paid a little extra to have anchor points fitted so I could chain my bike to something solid inside the garage, and also for it to be professionally fitted by the guys who were extremely accommodating when booking a convenient date and time. The barrier was made to order and I was kept fully informed of the progress from order placement to final fitting. Really pleased with the final result, the barrier gives me extra piece of mind when the garage is locked, and because it sits inside the garage it can’t be seen from outside so doesn’t attract any unwanted attention. WORTH EVERY PENNY, it would be one of the first things I’d have to replace if ever I moved house. Have since had retro fitted the barrier alarm which activates if the barrier is tampered with, and also the garage camera, both of which link directly to your phone which gives added piece of mind. Can’t recommend the Guardsman Garage Security Barrier enough, first class item together with first class service from Image4Security, great guys to deal with and would absolutely recommend.

Just had the double garage guardsman installed with the removable centre post. Excellent piece of kit, well made excellent finish and installed in under 2 hrs.

Removable centre post means I can put my Mazda sports car in the garage over winter and lower the guardsman behind it so bikes and car are secure.

Bought £500 worth of gear from them for it to arrive 3 weeks later as they didn't realise I had purchased from them. Shoddy communication, usually having to send 2 emails before I get a reply. Asked if a good will gesture could solve my crap service due to their F ups and if they would knock off 20% discount due to a live promo they had all month and they didn't want to. Asked if I could return my order and they ignored me. Sent me a cheap disc brake lock I didn't need instead.
