Great products, but extremely poor service.
I bought a €90 serum, but the pump stopped working after just three weeks.
Unfortunately, I no longer have the order number, so they said there’s nothing they can do.
Really disappointing customer service.
I am a long time user of the daily matte moisturizer with spf 30. I was disappointed that Image has discontinued this product but decided to try another as I have previously been so happy with the product. I purchased Daily Prevention Sheer matte spf 30 from the company online. This product was very different, much thicker, with a "sheer" tint that is made for white people and it leaves a cast that cannot be removed. I had to rewash my face to get it off.
I contacted customer service via chat to say that this didn't work, nor did it deliver as promised. Experience was fine and I was instructed to return it for refund, sent a bar code and instructions. I returned only to be informed that they will not accept the return because the product had been opened. I was clear in why I was unhappy in the chat. This is terrible customer service. If you are purchasing something you know, then fine, but stay away from anything new unless you know you're going to love it or have money to burn.
Perfect products . Used by e dermatologist on my skin ones and i already have great results. Very good quality products and safet for your skin.
