Rubbish. Scammed out of $100 and would not respond to phone or email.

iMakr is a scam company. They do not have items in stock as advertised on their website, nor do they ship the items or issue refunds. Despite receiving confirmation of a refund after several emails, more than two months have passed, and I haven't received my money back.

Never delivered the orders we paid for. No responding to our calls or emails.

This company is a scam. No communication, no response to phone calls and emails. No item shipped and no updates or tracking info. The only way you are getting your money back is to dispute the charge with your bank. Should have researched this bogus company more before. Don’t let them steal from you.

Ordered a 3d printer part from them roughly three weeks ago. They were quick to charge the money but never sent the part, nor have they responded to my many attempts to contact them.

Had to ask my bank to cancel the transaction, disgraceful.

We ordered PlasClear and they promised to give a free tray with it. Unprofessional and should stay away from these sheisters.

I ordered some resin for an SLA printer back in March. The item was displayed as in stock. However, after placing the order, I was notified that the product was not in stock and was on backorder. I'm still waiting for the shipment.
They never answered multiple requests or emails. I can only concur with the other one-star reviews.
Don't buy anything from this company.

Placed an order for approx £15,000 with Imakr for an Asiga Max X and accesories. This was advertised with a 3-4 week lead time.
2 weeks after placing the order on 18th May and paying the money, I was told "“Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the production timeline for the Asiga Max X has been affected. Based on the current progress, we now anticipate that the 3D printer will be ready for shipment by the end of June"
After several unanswered emails, they informed me by webchat that they expected the printer to be with them on Wednesday 12th July. They then claimed it was with customs and their logistics team were waiting for it to be released. Note that the phone number advertised does not work, and the webchat transcriptions are not available.
Imakr then confirmed by email on 18th July that they were working with customs to rectify the delay.
I approached Asiga directly. Asiga only despatch on receipt of payment to them. It transpired that Imakr only paid Asiga on 19th July, after my many emails.
They hold the Max X in stock, there were no production delays and there were no delays in customs. Imakr held onto my money for 2 months and lied about the status of the order. Their limited communication through anonymous emails and webchat is unprofessional to the extreme.
As a small-business owner, their errors and dishonesty have cost me a substantial amount in loan interest and lost revenue.

One star is too good for this company.

It has been 3 weeks since my order and i have still not recieved a refund and they have stopped responding.

I should have read the reviews!!! This company appears to be fraudulent. We have now been waiting since the end of March for the printer we ordered. Customer service is none existent. As others have said I will be contacting the bank to see if I can get the money back.

Scammers, no communication, will be contacting the bank to try to recover the money.

I bought an Einstar 3D scanner from iMakr.com on 22nd Dec 2022 for 899£ and never received it. Almost impossible getting a hold of someone over the phone or through the website chat but when i finally managed to do so i was told that the scanner didn't get sent yet because stock did not arrive and that i could wait for the 20th of Jan for it to be dispatched and i agreed to wait. After the wait was over and the scanner still was nowhere to be found i contacted iMakr again to ask for a refund and luckily i got a reply. I was told my refund will be deposited within 15 business days after the request but a month later and they still have the money. I've sent an email asking where is my refund but a week has gone by and no answer. I've tried calling but nothing, no one answers the chat either so i'm afraid i will have to recoup my money through my bank.

In short: paid 899£ for a scanner that was never sent, asked for a refund and never got my money back. Horrible customer support, will never buy anything from this website ever again and i strongly recommend anyone to stay far away from iMakr.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. We needed a 3D Scanner for a specific purpose and had extensive discussions with iMakr over the phone and were assured an Einscan Pro HD Scanner would be sufficient for our needs. We purchased the scanner and it took 3 months to show up. On recieving the scanner we tested it for the desired purpose and realised within 20 minutes it wasnt the correct scanner for us. We initated a return with iMakr within the usual 14 Day period for a return and they have flat our refused to return and refund the scanner. We are no stuck with a scanner we have no use for and are considerably out of pocket aswell. Avoid them at all costs their morals are incredibly skewed and once they have your money they dont care about you at all. Scum bag company

Ordered a few hundred pounds worth of filament, no updates to the order status, no notification of delay. No answer to phone or messages

I suspect its just a company run by mummy and daddy's little rich kid, as there is no way a business can be profitable with this kind of customer service

absolutely terrible

I spent over $1400 on a 3d printer with them and they told me it was tested by their engineers before sending it out. when it arrived the extruder was being held together with electrical tape and hot glue. When I reached out to solve the issue they were dismissive and rude. BUYER BEWARE

Though I didn't buy a product directly from iMakr, they were tasked with a warranty repair that the original seller wasn't equipped for. From the very first interaction I knew I should have gone to them in the first place and will do the next time I need anything 3D printer related! Excellent, responsive & friendly service: thank you Ricardo, Madalin & team.

Had to chase them to get the quotation, and after over a month of calls and no results with my project, had to chase them even to get the refund. Unbelievable the unprofessionalism they had... Avoid them...

Big shout out to Adam & Ricardo at iMakr for all-round, friendly and great customer service. I purchased a Peopoly Phenom L with Deft resin and I was very impressed with the after-sales support that I received. Super happy with the results that I have achieved with the 3D printer. Thanks guys!

Brought a phenom resin printer from them, fast delivery with updates. Had an issue not long after buying but imakr got it sorted and replacement parts to me as quick as they could.

Ordered the Phenom L along with spares - Great customer service and delivery was the following week after ordering online. I Would recommend Imakr for your 3D resin printing requirements and any design or 3D modelling work.
