I had ordered one shirt from this website to be delivered to italy as a gift for my husband and he could not even get it when i wanted him too. It has been well over 2 weeks and nothing, i emailed and messaged them on instagram but no response whatsoever. I would NOT order from this website and i definitely never will order from here again.
Purchased a few tops has been over 3 weeks nothing has come. Emailed them and no response has been given. Its sad that a company that promotes Islam finds this acceptable
I bought a hoodie and joggers from imanfit and I bought it back in march before Eid and I have only washed it he hoodie 2 or 3 times and the name on the back is already pealing and the colour of the clothes are fading. They are also starting to rip. I have contacted this company multiple of time and there is no response. The joggers came ripped contact imanfit about the jogger being ripped and there has been no response from them. This business is not they do not reply back to you. I would not buy from this business again.
Purchased a sweater from this so called muslim outlet who promised me that it be delivered before eid. the order was placed on 13th march and after a month of waiting, it got delivered the day after Eid! Whole purpose was for me to wear it for Eid not for the day after. I contacted the seller, who failed to respond. Now as of today 18th April, i contacted them again, there tone has changed. They will not pay for the return postage even though it was their fault for getting it delivered late but no support whatsoever.
I would steer well away from these shoddy companies. Its the likes of these people that put a bad name to muslim companies. I wouldnt be surprised if they close down soon.
