They will charge for delivery and yet…

They will charge for delivery and yet somehow you made a mistake in your order like put your contact number wrong, then there is no way thier customer support will help you in that. When your order got cancelled and they receive the product back, Imastudent will say 'Order refund is usually not done, we will give credits on our store site'. In the end they will have their product back and they never paid for courier services ( you have to pay that) and in the end they will have your money with them . So all wins for this company and you will lose your delivery charge you paid and the money you paid to buy that item.

Imastudent.com is Bankrupted

I regret to share my recent experience with imastudent.com. Their customer service has been incredibly disappointing, with unanswered calls and emails for the past week. Rumors suggest they may be bankrupt, and I'm considering filing a complaint. Save your hard-earned money and avoid making purchases from them.

Overall good experience. Needed few things to be better like the sales team didn't respond. There seems to be an issue with order status update on the website.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE SAMYANG AF 35-150MM F2-2.8 FE LENS FOR SONY E AND I MUST SAYS ITS AN AMAZING LENS FOR THE PRICE. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN ALL ROUND LENS, FOR EVENTS, WEDDINGS, PORTRAITS ETC. THE IMAGES ARE SHARP AND VIDEO IS ALSO VERY CRISP. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IF I HAVE TO TELL IS THE WEIGHT OF THE LENS. ITS PRETTY HEAVY FOR LONG HOUR USES, BUT HEY YOUR GETTING SO MANY FOCAL LENGTH IN ONE LENS SO THAT WOULD BE A HAPPY COMPROMISE

My first purchase experience…

This was my first purchase experience with IMASTUDENT. While I must admit I've been mostly a frequent buyer with the likes of amazons and flipkarts, this time around I decided to take a chance with IMASTUDENT this time around.
What made me do that? Highly curated and focussed products and a competing price tag. Combine that with a delivery promise of 1-day priority. The support staff was very prompt and assuring. The package, when received, was neatly packed. Overall, very positive experience with IMASTUDENT!!
