Excellent buying experience, product was awesome. No complains so far.

Good service in general, but hard to trust when it comes to business purchases. We recently discovered that GST invoices are often wrong and sometimes not filed at all. Their customer support provides no useful answer when asked about this, which makes it feel even more shadier.

Love the product and handling and everything in between, the only star remains is due to delivery, as I had counted on faster same day delivery for Delhi, as said on the site. But even then when I asked the customer service to help me out, they were ready to do so!

Except the delivery hiccup, I got a good deal and even the customer support was helpful to fastrack my order as well.

I had a very nice experience dealing with this portal. Their 24 hour help desk is easily accessible on the phone and it was a good experience talking to a very polite customer service executive.

This time I got my order one day before actual delivery date.

These are scammers for sure, Beaware while you order expensive things.Even I ordered seeing the discounts and competitive price they offer compared to other websites

Also they are offering 1000 Rupees Zomato Vouchers (Again not straight forward offer) and extras 300 for 5 star ratings and reviews on youtube and other website thats the reaso nyou see high ratings

I have ordered lens worth RS 98000/- and watn to return one of the item . Their website clearly says hassel free rerutn and I confirmed wiht them before ordering as well

1) They do not chagne their item delivered status on their website, becasue of which 7 days period will close

2) No one will respond once item is delivered to you

3) Despite sending multiple multiple mails since past 10 days also they will nto respond

4) Now they were charging me 11% of restocking fee since am returning this and no where intheir website they specified this

5) Horrible customer service and theri response is just pathetic
