Stole $200 from me. I purchased gold, and gave them my order #. The lady then told me she could not give me my gold bc I supposedly owed them $22 from 4 years ago? This made absolutely ZERO sense as I have ordered from in the last year with no problems. When I asked for an explanation or asked how I was supposed to pay this mysterious $22, I was ignored and chat disconnected. I have contacted them hundreds of times in the last 4 days and continue to get different responses. I have now been told that they are "out of stock". I was told they are "under new owners and not responsible for any orders placed before yesterday". AND NOW most recently I was told that they have "not received" my payment?!?!!? I just want my money back, it cleared my checking account so where is it? They are eager to respond and ask for an order # but then they complete ignore me once they realize they have already robbed me, I guess there is no point in continuing a conversation? The phone # is fake. They have preprogrammed responses for when people start asking for their gold or their money back. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM YOU WILL GET ROBBED!!!!!!!!! and then IGNORED.

Matt was great, got the currency fast.
Matt was great. First live chat was shaky, but after that it went smooth. I've used them three times, twice they were out of stock but I got my meso the same day but just a few hours later.
