Placed the order and heard from them promptly that one item was not available at the time of the order. I was asked about substituting next size up which I did. I'm in the states and received the pistons very quick. Great communication I'm very happy with this purchase.

I contacted IMD re some 0.75 rings for an 1892 XL 250. The only place I could find them. They had them right to hand and they were dispatched the next morning and with me within two days. Extremely helpful customer service and prompt delivery. Love it!
