They said my phone is supposed I paid for check, paid for cases removing, also paid for unlocking the phone -all togeder 275 dolars.After 30 days they say it is unsupported, I made refund order there is written up to 7 days, time passed long time ago, but I still don't have my money.

Ten days passed, still not received my codes even though it said 3 to 7 days. Tried contacting them a few days ago, no one answered. Paid 50 dollars for nothing. Normally I'm weary using services like this, used one one another phone a few years back and it worked fine. Don't remember if it was the same site though. I thought surely it isn't a scam from that positive experience. But this one it it. Do not use it.

Feb. 2018 I contracted with them to unlock my Samsung S3 phone. They sent me several supposedly codes to unlock my phone but none of them worked. I repeatedly contacted them and told them the codes that didn't work but they have not acknowledged that they sent me bogus unlock codes. Below is one of many emails sent to the company asking them to unlock my phone.

They dont deliver what they promise
The Guys are only interested in getting more money from you
1: Prices quoted in USD and they take British Pounds from Your Account
2: Takes twice as long as they say, then them come back asking for heaps more money
3: They hide all the refund info, then point it out if you ask for a refund, when they fail to deliver
3: Site says 100% Guaranteed Refund ..this is BS
4: They Only post good feedback on their site
5: They are other much cheaper and more honest companies to deal with
6. They take your money, then tell you you only bought a Pre- Unlock Service - then ask for even more money.
7. The Pricing Table is Ficticious
8. I got a Sprint Unlock, paid Twice, then was told cant be unlock.
9. Getting a Refund is next to impossible

Totally unreliable. Waited three months for my phone to be unlocked which never happened. Repeatedly emailed requesting a refund of over €80.00 which needless to say I did not receive. Did get a reply from David for the first couple of emails and after that nothing. I finally got my phone unlocked within 5 days with another company. The saddest part of this is that my father who died in April 2018 had bought the phone outright for me as a gift but yet it was still locked to a carrier. The phone was and is sentimental. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Disgusted.

They'll blacklist your iPhone, and charge you full price saying it's in terms that they don't do refunds! They also post fake reviews. Beware!
