Found an ad on DoneDeal, called them, and they consulted very well, professional. I asked for some photos of the phone, and they sent them to WhatsApp. Paid online, they sent it by registered post on the next day. Phone arrived intact.
Reliable shop, competent and very kind people. Recommendation.

Just bought a new phone (Samsung S24) from Imed, and I gotta say, these guys were awesome! Super helpful and honest the whole time. They answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal. Really happy with their service. If you need a new phone, definitely check them out!

Excellent service pleasure to deal with this is my 3rd time purchasing a phone from them.

This was my second time back to Imend.
Great friendly guy working there and extremely helpful.

The team are absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I thought my ipad was unsalvageable but now it is brand new! They took the bend out and replaced the really badly cracked screen and it works perfectly. Can’t recommend imend Drumcondra enough!

Excellent experience with the team in imend. My husband 50th birthday present was a phone charger and holder for your car and it wouldn’t stay attached to his Audi dash. The guys in imend put two devices together to get it working. Very happy Hubbie and wife- lovely guys to work with and they even threw in a birthday charging gift.

As I’m a lawyer, I need a reliable phone. For me, it’s an office extension in my pocket. I decided to buy a Samsung S23 Ultra. I live in Drumcondra so being aware of their excellent reputation locally, I visited iMend last week. The manager and assistant could not have been more helpful. I bought the phone and it exceeds my expectations. On checking, the price was the lowest in Dublin. Anyone who needs a phone or a small electronic product will be well looked after by iMend. Great people to deal with!
