My name is Erkeaiym. I am a mother of two children. Before the birth of my first child, I was very slim, and my weight was 48 kg. During my first pregnancy, I gained 30 kg, and by the last month, I could hardly move around and mainly walked only around the apartment. After giving birth, I didn’t like my body, so I bought a monthly course of home workouts and slowly began to get myself in shape. I even participated in Bikini Fitness competitions three years after my first child's birth. During my second pregnancy, I ate well, exercised until the ninth month, and gained 18 kg. But this time, I recovered much faster, and I started the same way as the first time with home workouts. Based on my experience, I prepared my training program.
