Avoid if you actually want to withdraw your winnings

If I could give this website zero stars I would!
I signed up and all seemed well at first, that is, until I tried to withdraw my winnings! It all went rapidly downhill from there....
I was asked to send a photo of me holding my ID in front of the website for 'verification' purposes which I did. It's been 4 days now and I've sent numerous follow up emails chasing where things are up to and radio silence....no replies to my email, and the website won't let me withdraw any money and keeps referring me back to contacting support. I have literally never had such a bad experience with a casino online as this.

This casino not paying withdrawal at all. Each time they cancel your withdrawal after 3 days(processing it) with different reasons:
I passed KYC 2 times
I passed "Provider check 2 times"
They couldnt withdraw to my CC, while accepting Deposit from this Card. And they have connection with Revolut. My card is from Revolut.
35 days past from first Withdrawal request. They also didnt send you an email when its canceled.

Dumbest bonus policy I've ever seen.

I sign up for 100% match bonus, and Make my deposit. They provide the bonus but in a separate account that requires that I play my real money through first. I'm okay with that not a big deal. What is a big deal is the fact that I get down to eight cents and can't activate the bonus money. I talked to customer service who explains that I need to play the 8 cents through first. Only problem with that is there are two games given that offer penny bets, both of them give me an error stating they're out of my region.

I go back to customer service and ask them to just take the eight cents out of my account so I can access the bonus money. They tell me they can't do that and that I have to play the 8 cents through. When I explain that the two games they told me I could play them on or out of my region, the CSR leaves for about 5 minutes comes back and tells me to change my device location to play the games. First of all I don't know which region I would need to change it to, nor am I changing location I need a later have somebody tell me that I was playing fraudulently. If this is indeed their bonus policy, then it's crazy. I left the 30 bucks I had coming and will never be back.

Dirty operating practices

They won’t payout. My withdrawal was canceled citing a review of my bets was needed to ensure “fair play.” It’s slot games! How much cheating is really possible? I was blocked from withdrawing during this 14 day review. The email that the website prompts you to use bounces back. The only way to reach them is through chat where you are reassured that you will get your payout and to just allow time. Over and over they say the same thing but no payout ever comes. This is a dirty casino practicing dirty tactics to avoid paying. Shame on them. Don’t give them your business.

Stay Away from Immerion Casino – Untrustworthy and Unprofessional

First of all, I want to share that my experience with Immerion Casino has been extremely negative. I’ve been playing live casino games, and I’ve encountered countless technical errors – always from their side.

For example, I placed €50 bets that were canceled by the system, but the money was never refunded to my account. This didn’t happen once or twice – it happened over 20 times! I contacted Immerion support many times, and all I ever received were empty apologies and vague promises that it would be resolved. Over the past 8 months, they have refunded only €300 out of the €1,200 that they owe me.

Every time I reach out, I hear the same line: "We haven’t forgotten about it." But nothing changes. Honestly, this kind of customer service is completely unacceptable in 2025.

What’s worse – when I actually win and try to withdraw my funds, they often cancel the withdrawal. When I ask why, they claim there’s an “ongoing investigation” to check if I won the money fairly. This is absurd – it’s an online casino! What kind of fraud are they imagining? Am I bribing virtual dealers?

They freeze your withdrawals for 14 days or more, claiming it's a routine check – but during that time, you're free to continue playing (and most likely lose the money). It’s a very obvious tactic to delay payouts in the hope you'll spend it.

From the bottom of my heart, I advise everyone: stay away from this casino. The support is useless – they don't solve anything. If there are any issues, they just keep apologizing and doing nothing.

And if you ever win more than €500, be prepared: they’ll likely freeze your account for two weeks or more under the excuse of a "legal check." In my opinion, this is completely unethical and possibly illegal.

If anyone knows how to take legal action or escalate this further, I’d appreciate any advice. I don’t think what they’re doing is lawful, and players deserve better.

Delayed payments and lack of communication

I won $5,600 on April 21 and I still haven’t been paid. First I was told it would take 72 hours, then 14 days for a game log review — which ended up taking a full month.

After that, my withdrawal was cancelled, and they asked for ID. I sent everything they requested, including a selfie with my ID, over two weeks ago. Since then: no clear update, no payout, and barely any communication.

At this point, it feels like they’re just stalling. Be very careful before depositing here — I’m now escalating to their regulator.

As every other actual person reviewing highlights, this site is a scam. They make up reasons to not let you withdrawal. If you’re somehow patient for the months to get past them, they’ll just close your account.

There are too many good casinos out there, to was time on the few bad apples.

I have been waiting a month for my…

I have been waiting a month for my winnings with this casino. In the beginning of May 2025 I deposited a little more than $100 with Immerion. They matched the deposit. I proceeded to play slots and I lost all of my original money. After the original funds were depleted I used the bonus money to make bets. I was really doing well. By the end of the night I had turned that 100 into 2500! Naturally, the next day I contacted Immerion to arrange for the winnings to be sent to my bank. I was informed that the most I could win was 10x the total amount of money they gave me. I was a little disappointed but that meant that I would still get around $1000. Every day I would check and they would tell me to wait 14 days then 30 days and now who knows how much longer. To add insult to injury, they even sent me a letter on May 16 2025 which said, “ If as a result of the provider check, it is determined that you did not violate the rules and won fairly, you will be able to withdraw the funds. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to speed up the verification or to unblock withdrawals before it is completed.” So now here we are with no money paid out and no answers as to what I should do next. Please help!

made a deposit and played normally on Immerion Casino (immerion3.com). I managed to reach a balance of $736.30, but when I attempted to withdraw my funds, I received a message stating that my bets are under review by the game or sports provider, and that withdrawals are currently blocked.

This message appeared without any prior notice, and I have not received any requests for documentation or further instructions from customer support.

something terrible, this casino did not pay me money several times because they had to check if I won properly, although I do not know how else I can click my nose... Withholding my money

Played here for a while and withdrew 50 or 60 here and there within minutes. The moment I win 1500 which included 9000 dollars worth of wagering from a 150 deposit bonus my withdrawing is cancelled and I am blocked from withdrawing with this message below..
