Simon and his team at Immigration Trust are top-notch! I worked with them over the course of 650+ days, through COVID-19 delays and in exceptional circumstances, and Simon and the team were highly professional and informative throughout the entire process. I was never unsure of what was needed, and their timely and accurate communications made everything as easy as it could have possibly been. I would not hesitate to work with Simon and the team at Immigration Trust again for any future needs.

My case is a very complicated one. I spoke to many lawyers and licensed immigration advisers about my case, but they all told me that they could not or would not do it and did not take my case. When I organised a paid consultation with him, he listened to me first and told me that it was not easy, but there were ways to solve my issues.
I engaged with him immediately and followed his instructions/advice; finally, after several months, I had a phone call from him that the associate minister of immigration granted me a visa. SIMON is an amazing. He works with you, he is affordable. He also responds within 24 hours and keeps me updated on my case.
At first when i called Simon, he explain everything in detail and made the process a better learning experience.
Through out the process he was supportive and also was clearing any confusion I had. So he knew what his clients are looking for.

Immigration trust, the service they did is beyond what I payed for. These guys have moral and ethics value, which I value a lot. Especially, from 2019- COVID it was too hard for me to handle things during covid and in addition with that INZ slowed down the process and stoped the processing visa. Have nothing but positive words for Simon and Immigration Trust. After my wife's residence visa application was put on hold thanks to being given the incorrect information, we contacted Immigration Trust to help solve the problem. Within a matter of a few weeks from first contact, Simon had managed to get my wife a temporary visa to allow her residence visa application to continue. Simon was friendly and amiable on the phone, and prompt and professional in all communications. 10/10 would use their services again, should the need ever arise.

I received an email from INZ stating that I was unlawful because of some information that was wrongly given to me.

I then did a google search and found Immigration Trust and contacted Simon and we had a good chat about how to solve my immigration issue.

There are not enough words to describe how great Immigration Trust is, especially Simon Park. Back in Feb 2020, my family was in a very bad place immigration-wise. My husband had to go back to India because his ‘Partner of a Worker Work Visa’ and ‘Section 61’ applications were declined. I was left alone in NZ with my (then) 5 year old girl. We were looking for an efficient lawyer to represent us and that’s when someone told us about Simon. Thus, we engaged Immigration Trust i.e. Simon Park. This was the best decision. Simon is knowledgeable, efficient, kind, hard-working and compassionate. He helped me with my application of SMC Resident visa & Essential Work Visa. He even collaborated with the HR Manager at my work to help fill up the Employer Supplementary form. When the One-Off Resident Visa was announced, he explained all the terms and conditions to me patiently. At that point, there were 2 issues that we had to deal with:



1. Application for Medical Waiver for my husband
2. Proving the genuineness of my husband’s and my relationship as by Feb 2022, we had already been apart for 2 years 5 months.

In the middle of pandemic, we were too anxious not only for our health but for our future here in NZ. My partner (now-husband) and I decided to finally seek professional help for our visas as we were running out of options.
