It was simple and fast. Easy to navigate.

Absolute scam, the immoscout plus which you pay monthly for is the only way that you can get an answer from a landlord unless you have been blessed by god himself, and even with it the difference isnt that high. Ive been paying it for 8 months for a total of 240 euro and didnt receive anything for it that actually helped me with finding an apartment, dont use this awful service

Extremely predatory subscription services. A subscription service shouldn't have a minimum subscription amount. They come to you with legal threats and can't cancel your subscription ever.

Subscriptions for plus go at least 6 months. I already found an apartment after 2 months.

On top of that, the app is not user friendly. My favorite example of this is the web-app where opened pictures are the same size as the preview so you need to use your operating system's / browser's zoom function to zoom into pictures you already clicked on for closer inspection.

I've had a great experience using this app, though with some exceptions due to late if not no reply from some realtors. For better services realtors should be quick with their replies. For emphasis the App is worth the while.

Very disappointing experience with ImmoScout24. I paid for a premium service expecting real benefits, but in the end I got almost nothing out of it. The service is expensive, and the cancellation/refund conditions are not transparent enough in my opinion.

Would not recommend.

Every time I try to access my listing, I am asked to select either umbrellas, buckets, chairs or hats and need to receive via email and key in a verification code. Looks as this app has been designed by an infant. Furthermore unable to modify the title of my ad. Absolutely PATHETIC! It is well known that what IT is concerned, Germany is still living in it's darkest stone ages!

MISLEADING AND UNPROFESSIONAL - they condition access to announcements to payment of a fair fee. 7 days trial that all of a sudden turn into 6 months abonememt without chance to terminate regardless if you use or not their services.
Be aware of this tactics!!!

Fast and reliable

I subscribed to a 3-month Suchen+ membership on August 21 and submitted my withdrawal request on the very same day.

ImmoScout24 rejected my withdrawal, stating that my right of withdrawal had already expired because the Suchen+ features had been activated immediately.

I then asked why a service agreed for a three-month period should be considered fully performed immediately after activation. I referred to § 356(5) BGB and explained that I had used the service only very briefly and had submitted my withdrawal within the statutory withdrawal period.

Unfortunately, I have still not received a clear answer to this specific question.

What disappoints me most is not only the rejection itself, but the lack of a meaningful explanation.

The Subscription plans are somewhat dubios, on first glance they don't reveal the complete picture. Shorter plans are expensive.

Easy and helpful

I was unable to publish my rental ad because ImmoScout24’s SMS verification code never arrived. The chatbot repeatedly gave me the same irrelevant advice, and when I finally reached a human agent, I was simply told to call a German number for manual verification.

I explained that I’m currently abroad and offered alternatives such as WhatsApp, but was repeatedly told “I cannot help you here in the chat.” No alternative solution or escalation was provided.

I understand that verification may be necessary, but when your own SMS system isn’t working, telling a customer to call a number they can’t easily reach—without offering any alternative—is extremely frustrating. I just wanted to use the service, and instead spent a considerable amount of time going in circles with support.
