Requested refund immediately after purchase when I realized the product was not for me. I was able to cancel future charges. I have not received a refund and I am no longer able to access the service even though the cancellation policy says it can be used until it expires.

Deceptive and highly unethetical platform

Who wants to mint money and does not adhere to customer values . They deducted US 286 without my consent and without sharing any receipt . When i relalised , i had already lost that money . And when i approached for refund , it was as per their policy they could return the money.

Scam company. The app doesn't work well and doesn't have good nutritional information on many items. It is a bad knock off of Noom. Terrible customer service. Two hours after I downloaded I knew it was not for me. They refuse to return my money. Terrible customer service too. I suspect they are not in the USA either even though they have a USA address. They are impossible to deal with and are primarily AI.

Joined the plan, downloaded the app but it is a very long protracted process of reading all sorts of things so I gave up and didn't use it and forgot about it. Now here's the sickner..they do not give you any prior notification of renewal and just take your money from your payment method. First you become aware is when you get the notification of the transaction. I contacted them straight away to cancel and requested a refund but they refuse as its in their terms and conditions. The most they are offering is 30% refund. I bet there are loads of people who have been stung with this unethical process. All companies I have dealt with in the past provide at least a weeks notification for automatic renewal.

I signed up for an anti-inflammatory meal plan on advice from my GP.
For the first 3 days of my subscription, the app didn't even work.
When it DID eventually work after having to send e-mails, I discovered that the so called "meal plan" is eating EXACTLY THE SAME THING FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER for the week. Nothing different to eat.
But the worst part and most surprising, is that BREAKFAST is a waffle containing coconut sugar. Anyone who knows anything at all about food, knows that SUGAR IS INFLAMMATORY!!!!! It will give you heart disease before anything else, along with teeth problems. There is no science behind this meal plan. It's a complete joke and waste of money.
No offence to our friends from USA, but this a very unhealthy meal plan. Where are the greens? And vegetables that have been proven to reduce inflammation......
Do not purchase this so-called meal plan if you are aiming to reduce inflammation.......
