So no way of communicating!!!

Worrying lack of communication about order not received!!!
Order placed on 3rd January. Email confirmation received. Money taken from account. Still not received goods. Several emails/tweets not responded to. Are they even still in business? Happy to take my money but lack of communication is very concerning.
