Ordered 1 product, charged and sent 3. Tried to cancel and was ignored. Sent several emails with no response. Had to pay to ship products back (That I did not order). Refunded only part of what I paid for items.
NO customer service at this company!!!! Would not even give them one star if I could! Do not waste your money on them.

Haven’t got my lightbulb camera. Ordered it 12/20/22. They say they shipped it. Then the next day say it is on back order. I asked why they keep selling them ,if they don’t have them. Nothing so far. Had to go to my bank to get a refund, this company is a rip off. Don’t buy from them.

i ordered a drone from this company and had to return it as my son had already received one from someone else. The company provided me with a RMA number and I shipped it back using UPS. I received confirmation that the item was delivered back to the company and now they are saying they need the UPS confirmation number in order to issue a refund. I did not keep the UPS tracking number after receiving confirmation of delivery. The company provided me with an RMA number and should be able to issue a refund based on this. It was written in black marker right across the outside of the box. Do not deal with this company, they are difficult to deal with and refuse to issue refunds after they promise they will. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card in order to get my refund.

I purchased a small portable heater for $89 from them, plus I purchased there insurance coverage for another $7.99 on top of the $89. I received the heater in a timely matter. I was pretty excited to open it up and start using it but was quickly disappointed when I turned it on and it did not work as advertised. It states that it can heat a 500sq ft. area in 60 seconds, and I’m here to tell you “if it would stay on” it wouldn’t heat a 500sq ft. room all day. Also you turn it on and it will run for a minute and then automatically shuts itself off.
