We found Hector to be very helpful to help us find a grand from the state for $18,000 that we don't have to pay back.

Our experience with iMortgage restored hope in dealing with home lending institutions. We were asked to provide all of our financial documents upfront to allow for a more efficient and streamlined loan approval process once we found a home. This was the best advice! The approval process went like clockwork. Outside of a few documents to refresh and verify toward the end of funding, our experience with iMortgage was met with little need for continuous follow-up in asking for additional financial documents and paperwork- they only contact you when needed, which in our case, was very little. What a peace of mind! The process was so smooth and I can't stress the hassle-free experience we had. It felt at one point like progress was not being made due to the seemingly effortless process. Big shout-out to Phana Par and her team at iMortgage!

First, without our realtor and her referral to imortgage, we wouldn't have had this opportunity of enjoying our new home. Cindy and her team went over and above for us. I am in commercial lending so my expectations for a mortgage company are pretty high. I also have several rental homes so I am not unfamiliar with how this all works. IMortgage exceeded my expectations and then some. They were prompt, met crazy deadlines and worked through our closing (which was a purchase of a short sale home) with professionalism.
