We have just sold with imovehome.com enabling us to buy our dream home! Excellent service and great communication. We spoke to Ryan, Forrest, Rachel and Shannen. We put our property on over the Easter Bank Holiday thinking things would be delayed until working days but they acted immediately on the Bank Holidays, weekend and evenings. We were a little nervous of not using a local estate agent but I am so glad we did. We had a limited budget so the large fees from high street estate agents were not feasible. Being able to set up your own listing and account was great to have control. Highly recommend.

Last time I talked to a member of staff it appeared to me the person was not sure what was the purpose of communication. This happened with house net work too. The receiver of the calls must be sure of information taken and give. Hope there will be an improvement.

Following a bad experience with another estate agent, I was approached by several estate agents to sell my house. I opted for iMOVEHOME.com and it is currently sold (subject to contract). 😀 Compared to other estate agents, there was no hard sell here, the price for their services are clear with no hidden extras, and their staff are friendly and attentive. In addition, they do not convince you to settle for a lower price so that they bag a sale, as some estate agents try to do! I have felt very much in control of the sale of my house, and it has been great to have such supportive and informative people to help me do it! They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in life. It may sound cheesy, but iMOVEHOME.com have made this the least stressful process ever!

These guys are a country mile better than my experience with "high fee" Estate Agents. Pro-active and always easy to get hold of.

Vary helpful and know what they are talking about and don't rip you off

I moved to iMOVEHOME after putting my house up for sale with a local agent. From day one they have been absolutely fantastic! Nothing is ever too much trouble, they will always respond to any queries you have and are always on hand to support you. After putting the house up with them, I sold within 6 days! The communication following the sale has been second to none, even if it’s just a call to ask if we need anything more. I would and have highly recommended them to anymore looking to sell or move from an agent!

Sceptical at first, we realised how innovative and simple, even revolutionary this model is. It takes full advantage of the digital era we are living in and iMoveHome is providing us with the opportunity to benefit from it. The 3D Virtual Tour is something we haven’t seen before and definitely not in the arsenal of the conventional estate agencies. Most impressive!

Financial: Unlike traditional agencies with heavy overhead costs, iMoveHome model is based on small fees for a range of services, eliminating the need for commission and contract. We can choose which services we want to pay for, and which services we want to do ourselves and save. My money – my choice. At the same time, we are happy with our decision not to overestimate our capabilities and choose to pay for the professional assistance of the iMoveHome team! Services are reasonably priced (and still cheaper than the commission payable to an estate agent) and prices are clearly explained (iMoveHome needs to do more explaining the 3D Virtual Tour, as it was completely new experience for us as sellers), the interface is user friendly, easy to comprehend and there’s no small print or hidden traps.

Concept of being my own agent: We particularly appreciated this feature as we already had sour experience with traditional agencies. During the decades of monopoly on the market, the traditional agencies have developed an inflexible mindset and an array of tricks in most cases not favourable for the seller – binding us with a contract (with all the legal traps, hard to comprehend for ordinary folks like us) is just one of them and we are happy there’s no contract with iMoveHome. Once live online, the platform provides an access to a range of marketing tools and statistics in addition to professional support from iMoveHome team, which is important to us in the decision-making process. Overall, we feel that iMoveHome is bringing the buyer – seller relationship to a new, higher level.

Integrity of the company: Exceptional support throughout. Constant communication flowing both ways, all the help we needed, the professional advice and support, the swift resolving of issues on the go - all these quickly turned our relations into partnership – precisely what we were looking for. The company is not after a quick money - we incidentally overpaid and, even before we realised that, Steve was on the phone with us, arranging a refund.
