Awful service. Do not hire Impact Cleaners if you want your full deposit back. They left our frosted glass severely scratched, pulled a light wire so the light doesn’t turn on, and broke the washing machine door. They also refused causing any damage when we wrote to them to complain. They have zero shame! Scammers. Run far from them.

Disappointed for the cleaning. What can I say is the company only did 60% of the work I expected.

We hired Impact Cleaners for an end-of-tenancy deep clean. Unfortunately, they did not complete the oven clean (leaving the oven roof and the bottom of the baking tray very dirty). We contacted them the following day (within the 72-hour window) to fix their errors as they promise a "100% GUARANTEE so if you are in any way not satisfied with any cleaning, we will come back and clean it for FREE." They refused to finish cleaning the oven and refused to cover the cost of another company finishing the job.

I work for a Letting Agency and we use Impact Cleaners for End of Tenancy cleans and they always do a spot on job. Really reliable and flexible and I know the job is going to be completed to a great standard.

Had my first experience of Impact Cleaners today for an end of tenancy clean. From my first chat with Jasmine to discuss details to Sam and 2 colleagues who arrived to carry out the job, everything ran very smoothly. All were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Nothing was any trouble and I would certainly use them again.

We started using Impact Cleaners a few years ago and have had continuous service with one cleaner during this time. Their service has been excellent and their rates are competitive. They did an exceptional job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.
