IFCA has been very helpful to me as I start my online fitness business. The support has been there every step of the way, and all of the video modules have been very clear and precise. Working with my success coach has helped keep me focused on the plan, and given me a better idea of what I need to do specifically to help with my business. There are office hours every day that are helpful to ask specific questions, as well as step by step modules that explain more of the technical side of the business. Overall, I am very happy with my IFCA experience in my first month.

Before discovering IFCA my coaching business was sinking at a rapid rate. There was no backend support, client fulfillment was near nonexistent and my organization that I thought was great was far from it.

I’m now moving into week 6 of the 3 month program and have been able to identify who exactly my health program is designed for; because of this I’ve been able to tailor my program to meet the needs of my client. Having my business tailored to a specific demographic allowed me to optimize pricing for the packages I offer clients. My business would not exist if it wasn't for the fact that I signed up with them! They have very knowledgeable coaches, who you can ALWAYS contact and talk to if you have any questions. They have a training for absolutely anything and everything. Kevin, the Sales Coach, is top tier. You have the ability to talk to the Owners of the Company, Jordan and Erin, so they can give you advice on your business which is amazing coming from a family that has built 2 very successful businesses. A lot of personal development within the course/coaching calls, which as a business owner, I appreciate. Overall, one of the best companies out there to build your Online Fitness Business.

The onboarding process was easy to get through. The staff and coaches are very friendly and helpful. I was skittle confused at first for there are a ton of modules to go through but the coach assigned to us was really helpful and broke everything down for us to follow. I was hesitant to join because I was afraid it wouldn’t work for me. I have more than doubled my investment in 10 weeks, and show up online so much more confident now! It was like I hit the switch and everything changed. The resources and coaching have been game changers!

I went from making $500-1000 a month to making 40k in March of 2024 (a year in) If you're a fitness coach and you want to EXPEDITE your growth as an Entrepreneur joining IFCA should be a NON-NEGOTIABLE for you! What I wasted 2 years trying to do myself in terms of setting up systems IFCA helped me do in less than 3 months! Then they helped me grow a team and navigate the day to day challenges of being an entrepreneur. The one thing I didn't expect from IFCA was that I would meet lifelong best friends when I joined giving me an amazing community of other business owners who just GET IT. Attending their in person events has been one of the greatest networking opportunities since I joined and it gives me something to work towards knowing I get to spend time with my best business friends 2-3x a year. If you're hesitating - I don't know what you're waiting for, an investment in yourself will NEVER go to waste so long as you're willing to show up (just like in your fitness journey)

If you're in Australia, be aware that the guarantee is conditional on you attending 2-3x Zoom calls a week, which were between 1-3am for me.

Also be aware you’ll be selling high ticket (higher than I expected, I had one prospect start crying when I told her the price). Ask yourself if your market has deep pockets before you start.

Mine did not, so I made precisely $0.

Part of the program is an "accountability partner".

Mine was in the complete opposite time zone to me and I requested someone in a more workable time zone. Support said they would pair me with someone new, but they never did.

The course content is decent, but if you're expecting a coaching masterclass, this isn't it. This is primarily a sales course (decent but there are better ones that cost a lot less).

The best part of IFCA was my coach Ethan, honestly I would have just preferred to work directly with him. Given the group Zoom calls were at an ungodly hour and I wasn't given an accountability partner I could speak with, the only support I had through the program came from Ethan.

I was super pumped to join IFCA, immediately paid in full and was quickly disappointed once the curtain was pulled back.

Tips for improvement for IFCA:

- If you can sell in a timezone, you should be able to service that timezone at a reasonable hour.

- Your sales process should have screened me out with a question like: "Can your market afford $500+ a month for coaching?" The answer would have been "No", I would have saved $10k and you would have avoided a disappointed customer.

They promise you can use all their workouts in trainerize forever. You can’t! They disappear.
They make this thing sound like you can go at own pace. You can’t!!! After 12 weeks you are charged $150/month. After paying $10k
You create yourself a job!!!!
I run a gym. My guy tried to get me to have my members leave gym and sign up for online.
All you do is dm allllll day and that’s it!!
If this is what you want. Get after it.

I found their whole sales pitch on prestige labs kajabi. Only thing is, prestige is 1000x better and user friendly. And it’s free!!!!

You get a mix of Chris coopers book. Hermozis books and tanner chidester info. Packaged up unorganized in kajabi. Read all their books and you get ifca

They do have some great masterclasses and some good podcast.
But overall you’ll do way better somehwere else

I did the IFCA program for 3 months and learned so much on marketing and building the systems I need to start an online fitness business. I worked with Ethan during the 3 months and he was very diligent at keeping me accountable. He put the most effort in our coaching calls to give me the best advice moving forward. Before joining IFCA, I wanted to get back into online coaching but felt like with my full time job, I didn't have the time to dedicate to figuring out the systems to best get my business up and running again and how to find the clients I wanted to help.

Now, I have a great foundation of clients under my belt that have signed up and are paying WAY more than I ever would have asked for before. I have systems set up right from the first call, signing the client up, the welcome emails, continuing to coach them and then keeping them on as clients. It has saved me so much time! I would have had to come up with all of these systems from scratch and researching the best ones, where this was already done for me and all I had to basically do was plug in my business name and it was all set!

My biggest transformation has been to just start! The knowledge I have from school, the certifications I have, and the trial and error I have been through personally- is what makes me valuable to the clientele I want to help. My business and how much I make is essentially up to me-- and even though I have a doctorate degree doesn't mean I have to stay stuck working for someone else the rest of my life!

I am so happy I signed up for this program because it made me take messy action, and forced me to keep moving forward, much faster than I would have on my own. EVERYTHING is at your fingertips at all times. So especially if you have another job, it makes building your business so much easier.

The course covers an extremely broad array of topics with a good amount of detail.
You get everything from checklists, templates, A LOT of examples and so on - this is where other "Business Coaches" lack.
The overall production quality is ok. Nothing spectacular but it is sufficient.

The weekly Live calls (I think there are like 7 every week with different topics) can help very much if you participate actively.

The weekly check-ins are pretty short and to the point. So are the feedbacks from the coach. Perhaps this could be a bit more in depth. But it may as well be my responsibility to request more input here.

I already had a Business Coach before IFCA and had a pretty bad experience. So I was really hesitant to invest again. But overall I am really happy with my decision.
The more you give in a coaching, the more you get.

I got a guarantee which says that they will coach me for free until I make my money back if I do my tasks.
And that's how it's going. I am VERY positively surprised that they hold their word.
This pushes my review to a 5-star review.

Of course there are some smaller things that could be improved but overall this is well worth the money.
