Great price of some Lutec lights (beating all other online retailers), delivery was slow because they were out of stock, but not an issue, items were well packed and high quality.

Placed an order.
Not received so chased up only to be told that it had been cancelled as the price on the website was wrong. No apology, no communication to the same effect received.
Disappointed.

Very happy with the deivery and the product

The concealer rings were a great purchase, where the downlights had been removed from the ceiling a couple of times, it had burst the edging of the plasterboard and left the area around the lights scruffy looking. These rings were perfect making a very professional looking finish. They were also very cheap compared with others that I could find, also looked much better than the more expensive alternatives.

Simple ordering service, good price for the product and fast, pain free delivery. Will use Impact Lighting again.

Very pleased with the product. It looks good, it works good. Good service from the company and the delivery was fast as promised.

I found pictures not very clear. Ordered what I thought was ceiling lampshades and was sent 2 tiny shades for bedside lamp. No return notes so had to ring them. Sent me email returns which wouldn't print. Had to ring again and they sent it again. Still did not print so ended up paying nearly £10 in post and that was back in March and I still havnt been refunded the £52 off I initially paid. Sorry would never shop with you again which is a pity as you have a nice collection of lights.

From the point impact lighting were made aware of the none receipt of our purchase it took to long to locate the whereabouts of this parcel.
It came over as not there problem but the problem between ourselves and the courier DPD.
After numerous e-mails and telephone calls the parcel turned up.
So altogether not a great experience

Ordered ceiling light in February, returned straight away. Yet I'm still waiting for my refund. Yes I know I closed my PayPal account, but was told monies could be paid straight into my bank account. So where is the confusion. Will be ringing company for the fourth time tomorrow.
