I loved working with Impact Shirts. Vince, helped us with our sweater design and was very flexible on deadlines. Aside from this, at Impact all my questions were answered almost immediately and when I needed help, it was provided.

I am so impressed with Impact Shirts! I asked a million questions about product, price, fit, etc and I always got a speedy response with all my questions answered. I placed my order during the holidays with the expectation that it would take a little longer to print, so I was shocked to get an email saying it was ready a week early. One of the sweatshirts that we ordered had a broken zipper, Karen took care of it right away and instead of making me come to pick it up they shipped the item to me! I would highly recommend Impact Shirts!

I love Karen & Vince at Impact shirts (don't know the others as well). It doesn't matter if your order is small or large, it is handled with the utmost care and respect as well as the time promised. I have used them several times, and are the only shirt company I will use in the future - period. They also have a philanthropic side to them, donating to those less fortunate.

Our basketball team has used Impact Shirts for team T-shirts, Hoodies, and embroidery many times with great results! Products are always accurate and high quality, delivery is always on time, and the staff is professional and very personable. Fast mock-ups and quotes. They were even able to accommodate a short turnaround on our backpack order so the boys would have them for the start of the season!! I will never go to anyone else again for any promo, shirts, hats, etc. I ordered some blank hats from the cheapest wholesale supplier I could find online (should have called Impact Shirts first) and a couple of days before the event I needed them for I found out they wouldn't be arriving until the day after it even though I had ordered them early enough according to their website. Panic! I realized Impact Shirts might be able to help and they were able to get me the hats I needed (better product and better price) from one of their suppliers. I was able to go pick them up at the supplier the same day. Event saved. Thank you, Karen and Impact Shirts!
