It takes a long time to deliver my package. I am a bit worried

The sash ordered is arrive in perfect condition and I am completely satisfied. On the other hand the waiting time for receipt of the Colissimo was very long. Posted on 08 April I had it in hand yesterday on 03 May.

After only 2 weeks not very satisfied as a seller with the way Imparfaite works. Photos that are rejected because not sharp?, taken only straight forwards, (not even 10° to catch better light) and as flat as possible (even when this means the inside of a hat). Is this any better then a boring La Redoute catalogue? Likes on the seller's catalogue and seller's page are different, on which information to count on?
As a buyer, bought a coat from a seller living in Antwerp, the same city I live in, the seller seems to be send a french shipping label and not sure where the coat is now.
I don't know how long Imparfaite already excists but these are the mistakes that can be understood from a debutant only.

Making the actual purchase was easy. I bought these for my daughter’s birthday, and while there wasn’t much communication after it shipped, we did get them before her birthday! In hindsight, I wouldn’t purchase for a specific date unless it was well out in the future, just because of the lack of visibility to tracking info. I would totally purchase again if no timeline though.

I have ordered 5 jackets so far and each one arrived in a timely fashion! Within a few weeks....covid obviously slowed down the arrival of my first order over Christmas.
The clothes are exactly as depicted on the website .

I love this site. They are super helpful when you have a question about an item and the customer service is very friendly. I bought 2 pairs of vintage Levi’s 501’s and they are awesome. I also had to return some different items and it was very easy to do. The only thing is I’m in the US so returns can be more Expensive so make sure you ask all the questions you need about sizing, color, etc before you buy. It’s all great quality just hard to evaluate sometimes if you can’t try things on first.

The jeans fit soooooo well and the coats were beautiful. I wish that it was a little more affordable but the quality is so good it is worth it.
