Appalling

I've been tossed to and fro by several NHS Trusts including Imperial College. My mental health is declining because of this. I am finding it incredibly stressful to understand why I am used as a guinea pig - time and again. I have had multiple blood tests, ultrasound scans and in-person appointments at different NHS hospital's just to get the necessary care. In November 2025, I had an appointment at St Mary's gynaecology clinic. At the appointment, the gynaecology doctor informed of two investigative follow ups namely MRI of my pelvis and an ultrasound scan. I have honoured both appointments. However, the Hospital has failed to provide any information about both scans. It's been over 8 weeks. For some reason, before the MRI, the attending guides insisted on a stomach scan as well- I obliged. It doesn't hurt to have a full picture of ones health. Yet, they have neither arranged a follow-up appointment or informed me of the results. It begs the question, why ask patients to have tests or investigations if the sole purpose is for information gathering only? I'm no expert in things medical but we all know if someone has a medical condition, then tests or investigations are carried out to assist medical staff to cure or remove the impediment. It is pointless otherwise. My health continues to deteriorate as medical practitioners ignore their Hippocratic oath.

Very invested in their regimented recruitment process, including creating and submitting a one off custom presentation (required), so disappointing to be rejected by lazy automated text message in lieu of a conversation.

“Compassionate and Skilled: Dr. Russo Turned a Superstitious Friday the 13th into Hope for My Elderly Mom”

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care we received during our recent appointment at St. Mary’s Imperial College Healthcare Neurology clinic. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed remarkable efficiency and warmth, beginning with the welcoming desk personnel, who made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

My 81-year-old mother required timely and thoughtful accommodation to see Dr. Salvatore Russo in Spinal Neurosurgery for her third visit. Dr. Russo’s professionalism and empathetic demeanor truly stood out. He approached each interaction with a calming presence, a welcoming smile, and a patience that is reassuring, especially for someone dealing with ongoing pain and the challenges associated with Parkinson’s disease.

What impressed us most was Dr. Russo's genuine willingness to listen to my mother as she expressed her discomforts. He took the time needed to ensure she felt heard and understood, making her feel valued and cared for. This compassionate approach not only alleviated some of her worries but also left her feeling wonderful after her appointment.

Dr. Salvatore Russo undoubtedly deserves the highest recognition for his dedication and exceptional care. It is evident that he truly cares about his patients’ well-being.

Thank you, St. Mary’s Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, for fostering an environment where care and compassion shine through. As we always say, life extends when people show care for others!

Imperial college owns several…

Imperial college owns several developments/land including portal way in Acton.
As you are the landowner I assume you contract UK car park management to monitor this road on your behalf.
I am livid as a delivery driver you hire this unscrupulous company to obviously gain as much easy money as possible from supposed parking fines when you have no choice but to stop for deliveries to residents in the block which you also own!
Take note other delivery/uber/taxi/takeaway drivers do not stop here to risk a £60 fine.
If all boycott this place then residents might kick up enough stink to at least perhaps have a 15 minute wait time to do our jobs.
