**Outstanding Service Experience!**

**Outstanding Service Experience!**

I recently brought my car in for service, and Edmund Jones was absolutely exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything my car needed and clearly outlined what was covered under my warranty. His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel completely confident and well cared for.

I’ll be honest — it’s hard to trust people these days — but Edmund is someone I can trust without hesitation. It’s truly refreshing to work with someone so genuine and reliable. Thank you, Edmund, for providing such an outstanding service experience!

Imperial Motor Company sells unsafe vehicles.

Who would sell you a car that wasn’t safe to drive? Imperial Motor Company, that’s who.
These guys are nothing more than a flyby night dealership. They take in used cars, shine them up a little bit and put them on the lot for sale without any major maintenance performed on them.
I worked with Brian, the general manager, who is accommodating, and pleasant to work with.
I do have words of advice for anyone who is considering buying a car from Imperial Motor Company. Do your homework and know exactly what it is that you’re looking for. If something doesn’t seem right don’t bother questioning it because Brian will have a quick and reasonably logical explanation (it’s called gaslighting). Take a deep breath and count to 10 and ask yourself is this something I could live with. For example, I purchased a Jeep Wrangler that had no spare tire and sensor lights that were illuminating on the dash. It was all explained away like, that’s no big deal, an easy fix. But are they willing to fix the issue? Nope, it’s up to you, which doesn’t seem like a major circumstance in the excitement of the moment. There was an issue with the Jeeps AC, it needed a new accentuator which Brian ordered from Amazon while I was sitting there and had the part delivered to my home. Why in God‘s name wasn’t this repaired before he even put it on the lot is beyond me. However, those little issues definitely turned into bigger ones as I began driving the car home, completely losing power in the middle of I 75. Fact is, I barely made it home and I live three hours from the dealership. You shouldn’t feel completely anxiety ridden driving a vehicle that you just purchased for tens of thousands of dollars. Once I had a professional take a look, the list of issues were as long as I am tall so I decided the very next day to trade that car in for something that I felt safe driving.
Before you sign that piece of paper that says, “AS IS” You better be certain that you can either live with the problems or be able to afford to have them repaired on top of their lofty pricing (for what you receive).
When I contacted Brian he assured me that he wanted to make it right. At this point the only thing that would make it right would be to reimburse me for the money that I lost having to trade for a car that I felt safe driving to the tune of $4000.
Completely my error for not walking away but somehow I felt that I could trust Brian, that he wouldn’t let me drive off the lot in a car that was breaking down and that lost power several times on the way home.
Let’s just say that at my ripe old age of 65 I am still learning lessons the hard way. Shame on me.
Save yourself the hassle, find a car at a reputable dealership where they actually service a vehicle before putting it on the lot.

Purchased a BMW M5 in January 2025

Purchased a BMW M5 in January 2025. When reversing to leave a message popped up saying the parking sensors were dirty. Thought nothing of it, it was a very cold morning, the car had been defrosted. Anyway, the car has a warranty. Took car to BMW in Manchester and they diagnosed a fault with the sensor...there is a stone chip less than 1mm on a front sensor. £600 to replace and not covered under warranty. Imperials have washed their hands saying there was no issue when I took the car. The stone chip is discoloured and old. They can't give me a print out of the car prior to hand over which would show any issues. I feel let down by a company that is not interested in being straight....not even an offer or gesture of goodwill.

So be very aware if dealing with these people

New England Pellet Stove Services-…

New England Pellet Stove Services- local company who supports local and has a 5 star reputation. 2022 GMC work van. 23,000 miles. Bought van and immediately had transmission problems so I wanted to return it after just 3 days under their 7 day return policy. That's when they offered me 5k less for the vehicle. It's another driver so it's worth less. So I regressed and picked a different van that was also on sale. 8k less than sticker. They wouldn't honor the sale and wanted me to pay full price with a 1k discount. So I said no fix mt vehicle which had a transmission problem, pulled hard to the right, leaked air and water, all which was supposed to be fixed. 2 months the van was in the shop weekly. Because I had the inspection done on day one lemon laws didn't help. I decided to just fix it myself after 2 months. Absolutely the worst experience buying a vehicle I've ever had. We are a small business in town and thought we'd be fine as a local. What a complete rip off this stealership is. I'll never go back, EVER!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ABSOLUTE WORST

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Ali Ismail and Ahmed Abdalla with Chevrolet are the biggest con-artists and liars I have ever met. Took over 25 days for them to get my title. Did not provide any communication with me. Were nearly impossible to contact. I paid for specific good year tires and they put a cheap ass set of tires on my car instead. When I went to argue, on my receipt it said "4 new tires." But because it didn't say "4 new GOOD YEAR tires" they slapped on some cheap tire to save them money. One of the tires had a missing lug nut as well! Absolute liars. When confronted about it, they lied right to my face. They went as far as to tell me they wish they hadn't sold me the car. Absolute terrible customer service.
Here is a timeline of what happened: June 5th- purchase date of vehicle. Was told it would take up to a week to get everything ready.

June 12th- reached out to Ali, he said car was all-set and ready for delivery. Just needed to get the plates.

June 13th- Ali reached out to me and told me to call my insurance agent and have them sign the RTA form that he sent over. Hours went by and my insurance agent called me and said they never received any paper work.

Called Ali back and he said he can’t send any paperwork because he doesn’t have the title yet.

Why tell me to call my insurance if you weren’t prepared? Make me look stupid.

Why am I just hearing about not having the title 8 days into my purchase?

Ali promised that I would have the car later that day (13th) Friday (14th) or Monday the lastest (17th). Text messages saying the plan was for me to have the car on the 14th.

Didn’t hear anything all weekend. Called Ali on Monday had to speak with a manager. He said he had to locate the title and call me back.

Manager Calls me back and tells me the title has been down at Toyota and was going to have them rush it over.??? Do you not follow up on this stuff to know where your stuff was sent??

Called Ali expressed my frustrations. Both the manager and Ali promised me I could pick up my car Tuesday (18th)

Drive all the way to dealership on Tuesday only to find out the plates were STILL NOT DONE!!!

Insurance agent called me at 10am saying paperwork was all set and sent back. These guys had from 10am-5pm to get the plates ready the day before knowing I was going to be coming to pick the vehicle up today.

After everything that has happen in these last 2 weeks. I couldn’t even get a courtesy phone call saying the car was not ready! Instead I wasted my time driving 2 hours back and forth for nothing.

You guys have given me the complete run around. And dragging your feet with everything. Everyone telling me something different every time we speak. It doesn’t take 4 weeks to get someone a vehicle.

OHH and i forgot - They had me go get my own inspection sticker because they failed to mention they didn't do that either! And of course i emailed them my receipt and haven't heard anything back in over a month. You get my point. STAY AWAY

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS THEY"LL PLAY YOU LIKE A FIDDLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! fair warning.

P.S. I have all the text messages to prove this. Usually I keep my mouth shut but this one everyone should be aware about. Fire these guys asap if you know what's good for you.

I picked up my new lease yesterday 😊

I picked up my new lease yesterday, and PAUL MACCHI was my Sales Consultant. My experience was 5 star! Paul was informative and helpful, asking me what I wanted in a new lease, showing me several different models and the different features. Before leaving the lot, he patiently reviewed all the features of my new Trax!

This company is nothing but a bunch of…

This company is nothing but a bunch of liars, they lied to me so many times I cannot count. If I was you, I would never do any business with these SCUMBAGS. They lie about EVERYTHING, the owner and the management there are complete dirtbags, that stand behind NOTHING. You buy a vehicle and find that there's issues with it. And they basically tell you to go jump in a river, not our problem. Toyota the manufacturer they're even worse of a bunch of scumbags that stand behind nothing they blame everything on the consumer when something screws up on the vehicle they build cheap garbage quality vehicles that are complete death traps. The only thing Toyota the manufacturer cares about is profit they could care less about jeopardizing people's lives in their CHEAPLY MADE JUNK PRODUCT'S THAT THEY BUILD AN MANUFACTURER. Toyota uses the cheapest parts that they can find on the market today. Their new vehicles are a hundred times worse than their old vehicles just nothing but a bunch of plastic cheap welded frames, everything is made with the cheapest garbage you can buy on the market today. It is all about profit Toyota needs to be kicked out of the country all these Japanese and Chinese vehicles should be kicked out of this country they tried to kill us with Covid now they're trying to kill us with their cheap garbage vehicles vehicles

My fiancé could of been killed!

My fiancé traded his Jeep in on February 23rd for a used Kia Optima at imperial Toyota in Milford Ma. Let me start at the beginning. We were told by our salesman that we still had 5 years left on the warranty because Kia’s warranty is 10yr/100,000miles which ever comes first. We signed all paperwork in the accounting office where the woman was unprofessional swearing at her slow computer and just rude in general. After the paperwork was signed she inform us we have no warranty and states that the Kia warranty is only good for original owner and not carried over even though the car only had 19,000 miles. So $3000 later we buy a service plan. Jump ahead 24 hours to Monday evening when my fiancé is driving home from work doing 65mph on the highway and goes to slow down to take his exit only to realize he has no brakes. That’s right a car we owned less then 24 has no brakes. The caliper fell off while he was driving. Luckily he knew to down shift and use his E brake. So he is safe. He calls the dealership and tells them what happens. They ask of he can drive the car to milford and they will fix it? Are you serious? After going back and forth for several hours they send a tow truck but didn’t want to bring him a rental. The rental was free because of the $3000 warranty we purchased the day before. More going back and forth and no one seeming to give a rats butt that my fiancé could of just been killed. They ask if he can go into work late the next morning and come in and pick up the rental in the morning. Mind you no car to get him there and they want him to lose money and take time out of work for losing brakes on a car 24 hours old. 10pm rental car arrives at our house because the guy who sold us the car felt bad and delivered it himself. Car was fixed over the next few days but we also realized half of the taillights didn’t work either so they had to fix those also and there were 2 safety recalls on the car as well. The car also had a sticker on it that said safety ✅. So before selling us the car it had to have a 23-24 point inspection and how on earth it passed is beyond me. I called Nancy the next day because I wanted to talk to the GM and was told I had to go through her. She put me through to the sales manager and we have been getting the run around for almost 3 weeks on this matter because we feel no one is taking it seriously or taking responsibility for it. The sales manager was suppose to speak with the general manager in regards to this matter last week. So I gave him the week and heard nothing. I messaged him at the end of the week and was told he was meeting with the GM that day which was Friday and again nothing. I messaged him Saturday to ask what the outcome was and he said let me ask and nothing else from him all weekend. My fiancé messaged him yesterday asking about the meeting again and was ignored. No message from him. I messaged him this morning because the cars temporary plates expired this Saturday and we haven’t heard anything from them about it being registered yet and because he ignored my fiancé yesterday. He replied to me with a “I will check” you will check what? That the car will be registered? No we paid for them to register it get it done and of course no answer on if the GM has been filled in as to what happened or if the car has been or will be registered by Saturday. I have bought a few cars there before and will not be buying another one ever. Worst experience I have ever had and I have bought about 10 new cars over the years. I am still waiting for answers as to why this happened and what they have to say for themselves.
