No spray top to the tester - I was told this would be replaced ( I thought the whole thing ) so threw the tester away , however company then just sent the spray lid and no more perfume - so I still cannot smell the perfume - wasted my money

Great if you want to try expensive perfume without having to purchase big bottle also good for having a different perfume for different occasions eg day or night out

DEFINITELY AVOID - Ordered a sample at the beginning of March, this is now the end of March and still nothing received. I also emailed again no response. I will never purchase from this website again

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Imperial Fragrances UK. I ordered a fragrance sample, and the website clearly stated that orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. However, it has now been 9 days and my order still hasn’t been shipped.

There has been no update, no explanation, and no communication about the delay. If you advertise a specific dispatch time, you should be able to follow it or at least inform customers when there are problems.

At this point the service feels unreliable, and it makes me question whether ordering from this store was a good decision. I hope they improve their customer service and actually meet the shipping times they promise.

I ordered 3 samples from these guys. They only sent two samples. Despite my emails, I have been ignored and my issue has not been resolved. This was my first time dealing with them, I deeply regret. I will not recommend this company.

I ordered 3 samples and was only sent two in a small envelope which no way could have fit a third so they just neglected to include the other one full stop. I contacted them several times via their email with no response since my order arrived. Now I’m out £5 they also have their customer service number as a fake number of 18005551234 on their website

Took a week to arrive and when it did only one of the two items were sent. Sent emails and no reply. Avoid.

Ordered a sample over two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Sent an email five days ago asking about it and no reply. Judging by these reviews, this problem is a persistence with this business and not an anomaly. Very unprofessional. Buy from them at your own discretion.

I ordered a sample of sunset hour by goldfield and banks as I even have a bottle of it myself.The sample smelt different,projected much less and didnt last as long.I strongly believe I have been sent a fake and I would never recommend this company.
