Every opportunity carries an Imperia Score, our own rating from 1 to 10 across six factors: Income, Liquidity, Growth, Location, Build and Safety. The same scale applies to every property we assess, including our own stock, so investors compare opportunities on published evidence. We work across new-build and resale, on-market and selected off-market property. There are three ways to work with us. Curated and partner stock is free for the buyer and includes collections, scoring, viewings and negotiation, with a 20-minute call to build a shortlist. Instruct Imperia is a retained search across the whole market, where a dedicated adviser acts as your buying agent: the instruction fee starts at £5,000 and a 1% success fee applies on completion, with the instruction fee credited against it. Selling with Imperia is sole agency at 2% or multi-agency at 3%, payable on completion. Imperia Property is backed by Staymo, which manages 2,000+ properties across London and Dubai.
