Employing Imperium Cleaning services was a truly horrible Experience!!
When the Salesperson contacted me, he told me that they would steam clean our roof using a scaffold and putting safety first. I was assured that there would be no mess and that the moss removed from the roof would be collected.
In reality two men came (one just watched) while the other used a pressure washer from a ladder. Mess was everywhere, on our property and our neighbours. By the time they had 'finished' the whole of our house was covered. I had to ask them to wash it all down which they reluctantly and inadequately did.
When I questioned the huge disparity between what had been promised and what was delivered, they became extremely aggressive and I felt very intimidated. I paid them because I was frightened but they did not deserve to be paid.
I would certainly not employ them again and would urge you to consider my experience in thinking about entrusting any work to them.
