What impressed me most was their focus on distribution, not just content creation. Many agencies ignore that side of the process, but that’s exactly where the real results came from for us.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Before working with Imperium AI, we struggled to gain real traction online. In just a few months, our content started showing up in places it had never appeared before, bringing us greater visibility and new opportunities.
We’ve worked with other teams before, but Imperium AI was the first that really helped us get consistent online presence across multiple channels.
I almost bought their services because they have a similar name to Imperium Comms, which was recommended to me.
it looks like this company is using similar branding to another PR agency to trick or confuse customers and use a established company's reputation.
Do not trust Imperium Group PR. They never delivered what they promised. All I got was delay after delay, excuse after excuse.
The communication was awful. When I started asking questions and pushing for updates, I was met with hostility. The person I dealt with was incredibly rude, even cursed at me.
It was completely unprofessional and honestly shocking behavior for a business claiming to be a PR firm. I wish I had looked at the reviews sooner. So many others have had the same experience.
Save yourself the money and the frustration — this company is not legitimate. Avoid at all costs.
I have reached out to Shazir over 10 times in email with no response. We purchased a package and have yet to implement. It is not worth your time as he doesn't respond. I wish he would get back to us for our release.
I know they had some health problems at imperium and they were restructuring for a bit, their new platform's advanced algorithms and intuitive interface have allowed us to unlock valuable insights from even the most complex data sets, saving us countless hours and resources.
This guy name Shazir we thought he was legit and as soon as we paid him 1,000 Dollars!, He started to act very weird and it’s been months with zero results ! Please watch out!
I contracted with them in June - they said they would publish 11 articles in 2 weeks. It has now been 5 months, and they published 2 articles, 1 of which has been taken down. I have written them weekly for the last 2 months, and they are no longer replying.
Do NOT Recommend! They take your money and make all promises. But never deliver any PR work.
Scam company. DO NOT Engage or you will never see your money again. Took money and over a year they found excuses not to deliver. Now Legally going against them.
Very disappointing experience - to say the least. From changing our copywriter multiple times to taking more than three months to write one article, Imperium PR has not fulfilled what it promised. After all the waiting and when publications were approved, we received a message saying they would no longer be able to fulfill the order on the media of our choice - but only on a smaller media - not allowing for us to get a refund as well. Lack of support and communication, long waiting time, and lack of deliverables. Do not recommend it.
Very unprofessional business. I had scheduled a zoom and when the meeting was about to start no one showed up. I waited a while to no avail. The next day someone calls me and says their booking software malfunctioned. I declined to reschedule. So a day later someone calls me again and apologizes for the missed call. Asks me to reschedule. I told him I was left hanging and tried to explain my frustration. He cut me off and said “Look, do you want to reschedule the call or not?” I declined the offer and he hung up on me.
Don’t waste your time with people like that. They aren’t professionals. They’re children.
