Worst experience we had in the past 30…

Worst experience we had in the past 30 years of bussiness.
A company clearly set up to take around 5k for every car that walks through their door. We had 3 cars and every car always had a list of this to do for around 4k of repairs plus the registration. The Quote is a brief description and they some how come up with the value. The first car we decided we werent going to do it , so we had to pay a fee of 500 or something near , the second we had a 4k repair and most of the jobs they did we had to do them again. The last one was an azure, they made the quote , got the car registred but did not to the jobs but charged anyway. The car got us in a condition impossible to pass mot : no suspention , steering , brakes ... the car got registred by them in germany , clearly all ilegal because the car was not safe to run, and we refused to pay the jobs they didnd do. Its quite simple, they didnt do them. After 5 months we agree on a value and they sent the title tapped to the outside of a box with parts from our car that were left behind . We got the box, but no title. From that point the gamble started and it was clear that they were well used to. All very well planned and knowing that they had us in their hands. WE Payed the title and the jobs that were actually done and nver got the title from them . Be aware that every car that walks throgh that door will pay a considerable amount of repairs with the excuse that its necessary when in fact they will pass a non running car. Worst experience ever, do not even think about using their services

Very helpful.

I imported a car from Germany. They took care of everything from picking the car up till providing the Dutch license plate. Very Smooth and hassle free experience.

From hero to zero

After being recommended to me by my good friend who did business with them, and after reading online reviews, I decided to go with Importautos.nl to get my new car from Germany. The first contact via email and phone was unsuccessful, as I did not get any response from them in 5 days. I had to come in person for them to even recognize that someone was trying to do business with them.

After my first car did not match their import offers, I soon found another car. I had a planned business trip abroad for 3 weeks, so I thought I would leave everything to them with all the information about what I wanted, how I wanted it, and the contact information for the dealership. I told them they could contact me anytime, but I could not come personally anymore.

For the first 2 weeks, I was shuffled around between 3 salespersons. Every time, someone else responded to my emails, which was once a week at most, even after I sent several emails asking for updates. No one seemed to know what the others were doing (probably nothing) or who I was. Ridiculous.

But since I was away, I tried to hold on and push through. The trip flew by in the blink of an eye, and here I am, more than a month later, and I still do not have the car or any response from them. I wasted my time and money, as the buyer for my current car already walked away.

I can tolerate a lot — being on vacation, sickness, or being extremely busy — but lack of effort, communication, and professionalism for a potential customer is unacceptable.

I will not come back and will tell the same to everyone who ask me about this company.
