Working with Dustin at POWR for the last 4 months has been pretty amazing. At the monthly package I chose, I wanted to ensure I could ask questions often and contact my trainer, and Dustin was very quick to reply with answers and options. The App was easy to use and really kept me on track with workouts, diet, and hydration info to fill out to stay accountable. I dropped over 7kg in 4 months and will take my new habits with me as I focus on longevity. At 54 years old, there were still some tricks to teach this old dog and POWR, and Dustin kept me well on track and motivated to make the changes I wanted to focus on!

Accountability is key. Working with Gus, checking in with him and updating the app daily equals accountability. I’m encouraged to make progress, and celebrated when I do. And then encouraged to take one more step … to work that much harder. I never realized how much I mindlessly snacked throughout the day. Recognizing bad habits … starting better habits is powerful.

A life-changing shift in body and mind for busy professionals!
I met Simon on January 15th when I was at a breaking point: I weighed 76kg (categorized as obese on the scale), was struggling with my diabetes, and my Whoop strap showed my age as 50+ even though I am biologically 40. I started the POWR program on January 18th, and as of March 21st, the results speak for themselves: I am down to 68kg, my blood sugar is firmly under control, and my Whoop age has dropped to 46!
My week-to-week coach, Gus (Fergus MacClure), has been phenomenal. He is deeply invested in my progress, checking in on me whenever I forget to report back, and even creating tailored plans to keep me on track during hectic business trips.
What truly sets POWR apart from normal physical trainers is that the goal isn't just about getting "ripped." Their foundation is built on meticulous planning, changing your mindset, and fundamentally shifting your identity. Simon and Gus also run excellent monthly/bi-monthly group sessions focused on willpower, mental resilience, and practical tips.
If you live a crazy, busy life and need a program that transforms you both physically and mentally, I cannot recommend POWR highly enough.

Longevity is The Goal
The health and fitness space is crowded with all kinds of players trying to hustle for a dollar. So being just a little bit suspicious by nature, I was slow to sign up for POWR after seeing their presentation at an industry event last year. My initial call with Simon helped me to set those concerns aside and move forward.
What I've experienced for the past months has been a program, not general in nature, but specifically tailored for me and my objectives, my age and my medical history. All those factors were taken into account by Simon and Gus, and a program was tailored for me from both a nutritional and training standpoint.
I'm a former (American) football player who, for some issues related to previous injuries and some reasons due to lack of focus and discipline, allowed myself to get out of shape. I know what it takes to be active and healthy and I know the disciplines required to be consistent. But the POWR program gave me the framework to engage without having to think about the how or the what. All I had to do was find the will and the when.
In four months, I've dropped more than 15 pounds and substantially increased muscle mass, stamina, and strength. As a 63-year-old male with a large collection of previous surgeries, my specific needs had to be clearly articulated in order to craft a program that challenged without causing injury. This was done with great attention to my individual circumstances.
Whenever I had questions or minor issues with the app, either from user error, or just misunderstanding, they were quickly addressed and resolved. When I needed to tweak certain exercises to create a better fit for me, fantastic alternatives were recommended and inserted into my program.
For me, you must do your job really well to earn 5 stars. Simon, Gus, and the team at POWR earned my respect, and every one of those stars!
