I’m disappointed with my experience at Impression Dent. The bonding I received looks nothing like the photos they advertise, and it broke very quickly. I was even charged 100 BGN for a repair that should have been covered as their responsibility. This is not the level of quality or service I expected.
Professional team, polite staff and the most important they don't waste your time. I visited Dr. Yana for a regular dental check up and she identified some problems that require orthodontic threatment.
The clinic is very modern and the people over there are very kind. The thing that it was very surprising - it doesn't smell like a dental clinic :).

I chose Impression Dent despite living in England and must say that the travel was worth it. I am a patient of Dr Yana and had an Invisalign and bonding treatment with her. I cannot recommend her and the clinic enough. Everybody is so lovely and friendly. All the girls on reception are so welcoming. Dr Yana is such a perfectionist. I am a really fussy patient but she is amazing 🙌. She is the kindest soul and obviously loves her job. Every time I had an issue, she listened to me and made me feel at ease.
It is very rare nowadays to find a dentist who truly loves and cares for their patients. A big thanks to the whole team of Impression Dent and of course the beautiful Dr Yana. I always recommend them to all my friends in Bulgaria and UK. ♥️
