Their customer service is terrible if and when they make a mistake. I ordered shirts for a church youth program on a rush basis. I selected the option to not require a proof due to the time-sensitive nature. Still, they asked for a new, higher resolution graphic which I quickly provided. I stayed on the phone with the agent who confirmed that the approved proof was showing as fine on his side. Still, at 4:30 in the morning, I was asked to approve another proof and by the time we started a call, they told me they could not honor the rush order. I asked for a discount for a delayed order and despite time stamps proving that the duplicate request was their fault, they claimed to have to "research" the issue. I ended up placing an emergency order at a brick and mortar near my home and received the shirts within 48 hours. Their calculus seems to be volume over quality and I would absolutely not trust them with any important orders.

The selection and process for uploading custom graphics is straightforward and simple.

The approval process is fast.

My only issue is that the production times can vary wildly from the estimate to actual times, causing undue stress wondering when your items will arrive and if they'll be on time.

T shirts looked exactly as expected and at a much better price than other online printers. However, communication isn’t great (eg, no notifications when I needed to approve proofs, etc) and the items arrived two days AFTER the rush delivery date that I paid for.

Fast affordable quality. What else do you need?

The dark gray can cozies delivered did not match the proof you sent, you cannot see part of our business name at all making these 25 can cozies useless.

I ordered wrist bands from another company weeks ago knowing my event was on 6/27/26. A week before the event I still do not have them. I ordered from Imprint on 6/19 they guaranteed delivery by 6/23 and it was delivered on 6/22. The wrist bands are exactly how I wanted them to look and I got an extra 100 for free. I give them 5 stars.

Extremely slow. My order should have arrived a week ago and there is no tracking information. It still shows in production..

The shirts were stuck together from the decal. Front of shirt stuck to the back of shirt.

The experience was super easy and quick. After reviewing the proof of our print, I felt very confident that everything would turn out great and it did!!! I look forward to giving away our customized coozies at our event. Thank you!

In the process of placing the order for tshirts, the estimated delivery time was 10 days. When I called them 2 days before that date because their system showed the order was still in production, they told me orders could take up to 3 weeks and I’d have to pay extra to expedite the order. It would still not arrive until several days after the original estimated date. Had they been honest and accurate with their estimated dates, I would have ordered from another vendor who could deliver in my timeframe. After I paid an extra fee (equal to 50% of the shirt order cost) for a guaranteed delivery date they still did not deliver on the promised date. I had to call them again the day before the new delivery date to find out the status of my order. At that point they told me the shirts wouldn’t be delivered on time and would arrive 4 days late. The shirts were for an event so this experience with Imprint.com turned out to be a total failure. I actually had 2 T-shirt orders with them at the same time (one for adult sizes and one for youth sizes) and had the exact same experience on both orders. Only the adult sizes order arrived on the guaranteed date (after having to pay an additional fee to expedite after they failed to meet their estimated date on that order also). I would not recommend this vendor because their estimated delivery dates, at best are not accurate and at worst are designed to give you a false date to obtain the order and then create a situation where you are forced to pay an additional fee to get the order on a date close to the original estimated date (but still late).

EXTREMELY SLOW. Order is over a week late and has yet to even ship yet. Ship date states was supposed to be here 7 days ago. Please go elsewhere or plan to add an additional few weeks for your order than their site states.

Imprint did an amazing job with our koozies, and we were very impressed! Fast shipping and great communication with the process and the design of the product. We will definitely be using them again for future products!

Extremely disappointed in Delivery

The package was left outside over the weekend - it is clear that we do not open until Monday. If the package is not here by 4:00PM on Friday, it cannot be left outside - it has to be held until Monday. This is common sense delivery. All of the coozies were SOAKED from the rain throughout the weekend.

First time ordering from this company and overall a great experience. The pricing was very competitive compared to other options I looked at, which is what got me to give them a try. Customer service was responsive and helpful throughout, especially when I had questions about my delivery timeline. My order arrived right on time. Will definitely be ordering again.
