The product came out great, just did not arrive on time for my Fiancé’s 30th birthday party. We will have to find a time to use them.

Paying for guarantee delivery DOES NOT guarantee delivery
I paid for guarantee delivery and the package was delayed and the customer service team didn’t do anything to help resolve the matter. They were delayed in shipping out the items and then only offered store credit back instead of a refund. I had to pay EXTRA to get my items to my final destination. I placed two orders through imprint for my wedding and will not be giving them anymore business.
STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
Our company is looking for a new, reliable custom SWAG company to make large orders from. I had an event last week and my koozie coolers were supposed to arrive last Wednesday. They STILL have not arrived and were not available for the big event our company had. I've spoken with customer care 5 times and I was hung up on twice, then had to wait on hold as called 14-16 every time after. I am very disappointed that the tracking numbers give no details as to delivery date and customer care can't give me any other update other than, "They've been shipped and are with the carrier." Imprint completely wasted my time and money and I wish I would have ordered from another, reliable company so we had SWAG for our event.

Ordered the cups with my logo design. they arrived within two weeks, even ran them through the dishwasher with heat dry and they were not damaged. Good product.

Unless you pay rush fees don't bother
Apparently estimated delivery dates don't actually mean anything. I ordered and paid on 5/27 and approved artwork on 5/28 with a 6/9 estimated delivery date. As of 6/12 they hadn't even made my items yet. They didn't respond to my support ticket asking about status so I called and was repeatedly told that estimated dates don't mean anything. Unless you pay for the guaranteed rush fees they don't seem to care to actually deliver your order in any sort of timely fashion and when you ask for an update they won't give you one.
Broken online interface, poor communication, and poor customer service
I placed an order for custom-print T-shirts on May 27th and received a confirmation email stating I would receive my T-shirts around June 10th. Given that I need the T-shirts by June 20th, I thought it would be plenty of time. On June 11th, I checked on the order and found it was on hold. I checked my e-mails, spam folders, and voicemail, and there was no communication from the company regarding the hold. Nevertheless, I used the same credit card on file to place the charge again. For whatever reason, it went through the second time. And on June 12th, the status indicated that they were "in production." I called customer service about this issue and asked for help, but they did nothing to accommodate the situation. Since I needed the T-shirts for the event scheduled for June 21st, I asked them to cancel the order so I could place a new order with a local company I have used for the last 14 years. Then the customer service person told me they cannot because it is already in production. Instead, the customer service told me that I would have to pay $200 more to receive the T-shirts by June 18th. Given no other options, I had to pay that additional money. I went with this company because I saw that they had some good reviews on Trustpilot. However, it looks like I was duped into ordering from them and got burned. I will not order from this company again, and I strongly recommend against this company to anyone else.
Terrible customer service
Customer service is so bad. I called and canceled my order, the guy on the phone confirmed it, and then a week later I'm getting notifications about how my order isn't canceled. Still had to pay since the person I previously talked to didn't do anything apparently.
AVOID Imprint.com. Bait & switch. Unethical.
Imprint.com deliberately offers low prices and fast delivery estimates that it has no intention of meeting. When my order was 2 days late, I asked for a revised delivery date, and they cited standard production and shipping times that make their original delivery estimate impossible. Then they offered me the option to upgrade my order from standard to rush priority, for $116.73. That's almost 29% of the total cost of the order, with tax.
I believe Imprint.com seeks to squeeze extra money from desperate customers. No one should reward their unethical business practices by giving them any business. I certainly will never order from them again.
