The owners are really friendly and can offer a large amount of knowledge of painting techniques. They give good advice and often have helped me understand how I can try and get the effect I desire. Good prices, a friendly atmosphere and most importantly a good selection of free to play board games

Cancelled pre-orders for the Charizard…
Cancelled pre-orders for the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection around 20th October without warning despite taking everyone's money in early September. They knew this item would be in high demand and they oversold their allocation anyway, with barely an apology for their poor conduct. In fact, the cancellation email even says "we weren't expecting there to be such a shortage of this item", which is a blatant lie. Disgraceful behaviour.

Hi Josh, as we explained in the email we sent, we sold the amount we'd ordered with the supplier, and no more. We were then allocated half of the order we had made, despite the supplier themselves putting limits on the amount we could order, supposedly to prevent this from happening.
This is the first time in 6 years of trading that this supplier hasn't been able to fulfill an order with a maximum order quantity on it, and whilst we feel awful for those affected, there is unfortunately nothing we can do if the supplier doesn't have more stock.
We issued you a full refund as soon as we knew we weren't getting the expected numbers, and we've apologised multiple times. Again, we're sorry this has happened, but this isn't a case of overselling an allocation, it's a case of a supplier reducing an allocation at the last minute.
