This company warranty is blocked and nullified by their own bureaucracy, intentionally!
This company's product is warrantied for four years and it worked fine for about a year. My contact at the company went out of her way to help me with my issues but she was thwarted by iMRS.
The company has very cleverly made the entire process of holding them to their warranty, insurmountably difficult. When I first attempted to do something about the parts of the machine that we're beginning to malfunction I jumped through as many hoops as I could to get involved with their warranty process but I eventually found it in surmountable and gave up. Now three aspects of the machine Are not working and the machine is not under warranty anymore which turned out to be a false warranty in the first place because of the difficulty and following through posed by the company itself. I do not recommend this company and I warn you to stay away from them because their product is shabby and it will break and they will treat you like you are the problem and you don't know what you are talking about and in the end they will offer you secondhand replacement parts instead of Honoring their warranty which is cleverly obscured by their own bureaucracy.
