Bought again from ims love their meat .It arrived on time and the quality is great .I first bought from them during Covid and it’s always been excellent quality.I will definitely buy again

This company used to provide good quality when we started using them in 2020.
Unfortunately to me, they seem to have gone back to prioritising trade over household in terms of quality of product.
Many better companies out there than them. I ordered the following
Ribeye beef joint.. it was ok
French trim lamb rack.. all bone and fat, I’ve had more meat stuck in my teeth after a meal, than what I received.
Chicken thighs..supermarket quality at best
4 gourmet steak burgers..fatty and extremely underweight.
As regards the everyday customer, they are clearly putting profit over product

I take it your company has seen the Premises187 youtube video where your driver makes an illegal road turn and insults the motorcyclist? Is this the way the drivers treats general members of the public. Utterly disgraceful behaviour.

We bought a centre cut beef fillet and a Christmas meat hamper, including a bacon wrapped, rolled turkey breast, a ham, sausage meat, pigs in blankets and bacon.

I have to say it was the second time we have ordered our Christmas meat from IMS and once again it did not disappoint. The ham, turkey and fillet were all absolutely superb. Every single bit of the meat was eaten, either hot or cold, with absolutely no waste. My son loved the ham so much, he asked when we were going to have another one!.

We order fillet steaks and other items through the year as the quality never disappoints.

Real issues with the supply chain. The delivery date was missed by a mile. No communication/coordination between IMS and their delivery company. The sales lady kept calling every day to provide updates on the order changing everytime the delivery date. Items were delivered when I was not home(even I mentioned that several times) and left with my neighbour although I mentioned that is not right. Order was missing half of the produces, and I didn't even received a notification about this. I returned everything and received a refund. Can't attest to the quality of the meats, but would not recommend based on the appaling customer service.

Ordered and received all ok, then it all went downhill.
Escalopes were tough and chewy, the Gourmet burgers were hard and tasteless, the Topside of beef was full of gristle.
I tried contacting IMS by their contact us page twice to let them know how disappointed I was but have had no reply.
This company must rely on one off purchases but I will not be ordering again.

Ordered sirloin steaks, pork neck and rolled belly of pork. Pork belly was ok. Steaks and pork neck were thinly cut and tough and chewy.

I try lots of meat suppliers in the uk ,and well for what you get from these guys is fabulous reasonably priced .
I had the french trimmed pork steaks , pork shoulder steaks and the BEEF CHATEAUBRIAND cooked on the Weber bbq really tender and tasty. So good value for money each piece serves 2

Overall, have been very impressed! Got an email very soon after ordering to confirm everything would be delivered 2 days later and it arrived very promptly on that day. Everything was vacuum packed and came with storage advice which was great. Only reason score is 4 instead of 5 is because chicken thighs had bones in when I ordered boneless (although packaging said boneless) and the whole chicken was 'off' despite being in date but customer service were great and refunded these very quickly. Everything else we ordered was amazing quality and we got a lot for our money - would definitely order again.

Fantastic service, very quick and efficient communication with really lovely people on phone and emails. Website is very easy to use with a lovely range of high quality meats and boxes. The produce is efficiently delivered on the specified day, in appropriate packaging with instructions on how to prepare the produce correctly (it is mostly vacuum-packed, which many people are not familiar with.) The meats themselves are of excellent quality with delicious taste. A truly professional outfit that I would recommend to anyone and will undoubtedly continue to use for the foreseeable.
