Support was clear, helpful and solved my issue

Godaddy is the registrar for my domain and the hosting provider was being lazy so I called godaddy to try to get some answers and they were extremely helpful even though it was not their responsibility to help me. Well done Godaddy.

I still haven’t heard back on the corrupt file repair. I don’t think you are done. Until you are you won’t get the response you want on this survey

The customer service agent, Bernard, was so awesome helping me today. I had to switch my domain to point to a new domain and as we went through doing it together he made it so clear and easy!

I have used WordPress for years but want to make a drag and drop site for my group in case someone else has to take it over (as I have had to). It's another learning curve but the assistant today was calm, patient and helpful in guiding me and I got sorted. I thanked her for all her help.

When you get to interact with someone with his customer service abilities it shows that the company is doing well in attracting and keeping high quality employees. Don’t trust these guys if you have a good website and by chance you forget to renew it they will take it off you and then ask for thousands of dollars to get it back it’s happened to me then they offered for me to buy it back at $2500 USA dollars about $4000 Australian dollars and my website has few people visiting because it was a music site now it’s just a advertisement platform for them don’t trust these guys definitely would not recommend

Got through to customer service in a very reasonable time and the representative was extremely understanding and helpful in resolving the issue. My hosting plan was auto renewed for 3 yrs instead of 1 resulting in a large unexpected charge. They issued a refund which was a great help and did it smoothly and in a timely manner.

I had a charge go through that I did not recognize. They are trying to refund the charge and the support staff submitted a ticket for me. I have had a rough month with 5 leg surgeries and having to move to get my daughter out of a living situation where the water caused rashes on her skin. They made it very easy for me to start that process.

My customer service rep James was professional, patient and funny. If all of Go Daddy's reps are like James, this is one hell of a business.

Once I got past the AI agent things went smoothly and the experience was positive.

They have good people and they are getting better providing tech support. But there are system architectural problems with GoDaddy. Today I am still dealing with after 2 years trying to get my email domain to work on my Outlook iPhone App because GoDaddy does not 'speak' to Microsoft There are a bunch of challenges

My experience was a hundred % excellent though I decided of cancelling my portal but it was my personal reason has nothing to do with the company. I am glad I was able to be attended to and my issues

Our family business website was down with a technical error for 4 days. On my third call into support, my issue was finally resolved and website is up and running. I have been a loyal godaddy client for 10yrs and this experience was brutal. No offence to the reps assisting but I will have to reassess my website provider.
