The programme was delivered in a hybrid format, which was a big advantage for me. It allowed me to keep up with the course while managing family life.
Saniya was a fantastic instructor. She explained the topics in a clear and engaging way and she always made sure everyone understood before moving on. She also offered 1-2-1 appointments, whenever we felt stuck or needed extra guidance, which I found really helpful.

My experience with The Mums in Data has been amazing! The course was very well structured and truly valuable. I completed IN4 Group's MIND Mums in Data programme. This course allowed me to develop my technical skills, learn Power BI, gain real workplace experience and best of all, it was flexible around childcare. The instructor Saniya is knowledgeable and patient and the support from both the programme lead Emily and careers advisor Natalie was invaluable.
I'm so glad I applied for the programme, I'm now a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate and ready to take on a new career.

Taking part in this six‑month digital skills boot camp MIND In4 (Mums in Data) has been a genuinely transformative experience. The course is intensive — there’s no way around that — and fitting the workload around the realities of motherhood and caregiving was a challenge in itself. But it was also incredibly rewarding.

Saniya, Emily and Natalie were a real highlight. They were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they were teaching. Their energy made even the more complex topics feel approachable, and their support helped keep me going during the heavier weeks. At times, it felt like they didn’t fully grasp the day‑to‑day pressures that come with being a parent or caregiver, but their intentions were always positive, and they consistently encouraged us to keep pushing forward.

Despite the demands, I’m coming away with new skills, greater confidence, and a sense of achievement that I’m really proud of. For any mother or caregiver looking to upskill and open new doors — and who’s ready to commit the time — this course is absolutely worth it.

I have recently completed the **Mum in Data programme (MIND)** and I can honestly say it is one of the best training programmes I have ever taken part in. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about starting a career in data, changing career path, or coming back to education after a break.

What makes this programme stand out is the quality of the instructors and how up-to-date the content is. The material is not just theory — we discussed real cases from recent years and even recent months, which made everything feel very relevant and connected to the real world of data, analytics, and data protection. The sessions were always interesting, well prepared, and delivered with real expertise.
Shout out for **Saniya** in particular — her knowledge, teaching style, and enthusiasm are truly exceptional. She explains complex topics in a very clear and engaging way and has a natural ability to keep people motivated, even when the subject is challenging.

Another big advantage is how well the programme is designed for parents, especially mums returning to work or changing careers. The schedule follows the school calendar, sessions take place during the week, and the workload is manageable without lowering the level of the course. It is flexible, but at the same time it keeps high standards.

I also really liked that the programme focuses on real skills, not only theory. We learned tools that are actually used in the industry and got a realistic picture of what working in data looks like, which gave me much more confidence about the future.

For me personally, this programme came at exactly the right moment. It gave me motivation, direction, and the feeling that changing career later in life is actually possible. I’m really glad I joined, and I would do it again without hesitation.

The Introduction was explained clearly and concisely.

The AI-driven software dev course content is great, but the career support is dreadful. They didn’t even bother to read my CV. Any time I asked for feedback, they just said they were too busy. No personalised guidance at all. after one one-to-one meeting, I was completely ghosted. Something to seriously consider before signing up.

What started off as a great incentive for mums with excellent promotion soon became apparent when the course content for 12 weeks, together with the teething problems, course content and style of teaching, delivery was completely out of control. The instructor had excellent knowledge but was far from teaching mums who had zero or little knowledge of Excel/Power BI. Its a great course for learners with previous experience but far too fast paced for beginners and heavy content for a 12 week course for which I invested 5 weeks of my time and effort and have decided to leave the course. Disappointed as the team have not respectfully acknowledged my decision with any follow up support and assistance
Several drop outs since the course with similar views. The team have put a great deal of effort into the programme and it's a shame it's not what the 'mums' were prepared for.

The programme was offered to mums who held a 'Level 3' Qaulification (not in anything particular), misleading and inaccurate enrolment has lead to disappointed learners having to leave the programme.

Completed a 12-week Bootcamp with IN4.0 Group and found the experience pleasant and engaging. Good level of content explained very well for all levels of knowledge and experience. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to develop their skills. Especially with instructors such as Aaron who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and very helpful in the way he helped guide students of the boot camp. Also found time to delve into some interesting topics of conversation!

This was a very informative and well-taught course. It was quite intense, and there is a lot to get to grips with, especially if you are brand new to coding, as I was. However, the tutor (Aaron, in this case) was excellent at conveying complex ideas in an easy-to-follow and engaging manner. He was also frequently available outside of lecture time to answer questions or explain things in more depth if needed. Self-learning is required to get the most from the course due to the amount and complexity of what is covered in the course materials; however, this can be leveraged into gaining further certificates and qualifications.

Some of the ancillary sessions on positive thinking, teamwork, etc., felt like they could have been better spent covering technical concepts, especially given how much there was to cover in such a short time. That said, I understand that these sessions may have been useful to others, and this could simply be a matter of personal preference.

The industry project was a good opportunity to work as a team and apply what we had learned to a real-world problem. However, in my opinion, two smaller, more varied projects might have allowed us to explore a wider range of technical skills, reduced the stress involved, and given us a better feel for the kind of job we might want after completing the course.

I would recommend the course; however, I would say it should be entered with either some cursory knowledge of coding or some other kind of technical background. Otherwise, it could be quite overwhelming.
