Rejuvenate Resurfacing Serum works

I recently started to use the Rejuvenate Resurfacing Face Serum. Even though online reviews were good, I am always skeptical.

I have been using this product for over a month now and I can definitely see improvements. I had some light wrinkles at the corner of my eyes, and using the product every other day made them disappear. I can also feel my skin being less dry, softer and more elastic. Not a lot is needed and you can get results fairly quickly. My face now looks younger and brighter and I am very satisfied with this product.

My grown-up daughter asked me about it and even though she is far from my age, she has some wrinkles that bothered her. I let her use my product, and after seeing some results, she said she would get her own - I am not sharing anymore...

Additionally customer service is very responsive (less than 1 day) and acted on my request to full satisfaction.

This company is ridiculous

By the way, YOU complained to Trustpilot numerous times, so now I am telling the truth. Don't exaggerate and play the victim! Your customer service is horrible and that's the bottom line. By the way, I still have not gotten my credit!

I am sticking by my review. The timeline is below:

On Monday, November 11, 2024 at 5:04, order confirmed (work email)
On Monday, November 11, 2024 at 5:09pm, Thank you email for the order. (work email)
On Monday, November 11, 2024 I received a credit card alert that an International Charge had been made in the amount of $133.99
On Tuesday, 11/12/24 at 9:50am, I sent an email to the company with several questions
On Tuesday, 11/12/24 at 12:52pm, I sent another email with the same questions.
On Tuesday, 11/12/14 at 12:55pm I sent another email telling them to CANCEL the order
On Tuesday, 11/12/24 at 4:13pm I sent another emails to CANCEL the order.
On Tuesday, 11/12/24 at 5:05pm (now it's after the 24-hour timeframe which they are stating) I received an email from Clair from InBlair saying they are PREPARING my Order
On Tuesday 11/12/24, at 5:05pm I sent yet ANOTHER email stating that they have not replied to any of my emails to please cancel the order
On Tuesday 11/24/24 at 9:04pm, I received an email from Zezza reviewing my order and how I can return the products.
On Tuesday 11/24/24 at 9:15pm, I sent another email stating CANCEL THIS ORDER
On Tuesday 11/24/24 I received a duplicate email from Zezza reviewing my order and explaining the return policy.
At 9:55pm on 11/12/24, I received a cancellation email.
At 9:56pm, I received another email from Zezza asking to change my Trustpilot review (unbelievable)
at 12:20am on 11/13/24 I received another email from InBlair (not signed) spinning the situation on me: "as soon as you requested to cancel your order, we canceled it" - No You Did Not and also requesting that I remove my Trustpilot review.
On Wednesday, 11/13/24, I replied that I would not be removing my review.
On Wednesday, Nov 13, 2024 at 10:12pm, I received ANOTHER credit card alert that another
INTERNATIONAL charge was made in the amount of $133.99

Today, November 15, 2024, I received an extremely curt email from Sara saying my accusations are inaccurate. I NEVER SAID you don't return money; I said that I received another alert from my credit card for the same charge.

Sara, please do NOT exaggerate or put false words in my mouth!

This company is ridiculous! I tried to cancel my order a few hours after I placed the online order, but after FIVE emails, no one ever got back to me. They finally got back to me after the sixth email. TOO LATE! I just got a credit card alert that another International Charge for $133.99 from Inblair was charged to my card! Are you kidding me? They need to refund me immediately!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

However, despite our efforts, we feel it’s important to share our side of the story: The customer contacted us five times within 24 hours, and we responded to each inquiry within 20 hours with a single, clear email confirming the cancellation and processing the refund. After this, she proceeded to post two separate disputes on Trustpilot.

As a small company, we prioritize personalized communication over automated responses. The customer was refunded promptly, and we reached out to apologize. Everything was resolved in under 24 hours, with her order canceled and refunded in full.

I just love love love the Rejuvenate…

I just love love love the Rejuvenate Resurfacing Face Serum!! I am 53 and bc of menopause have been searching for products that will help hydrate my skin and help with fine lines and wrinkles!

I always research the ingredients in products and their position in the ingredient list. This product has ingredients that have significant benefits to the skin backed by independent research studies. (Do not fall for info in subjective blogs or by cosmetic manufacturers since they skew data so you’ll buy their products).

This serum has really hydrating ingredients like Hyaluronic acid, Aloe; and Betaine which not only helps with water retention but has a soothing effect on skin so it’s great for sensitive skin.

In addition to hydration, Tremella Mushroom reduces collagen loss and UVA damage with its anti-inflammatory benefits, and BONUS has wound healing properties; while Portulaca Oleracea helps with UVB damage & inflammation.

This product has all the bases covered with Camellia Japonica Flower that helps to protect the skin from harsh, damaging air pollutants.

For me, this serum is instantly hydrating, goes on smoothly without the tackiness like that of other products. It absorbs within seconds and I use it as a base before & sometimes after I put on any treatments especially any kind of acids (ie. Glycolic acid, kojic acid, retinol, etc). Also, it works really well under sunscreen & makeup!
It’s just an all around winner for me! I highly recommend you try this!!

I am writing this review about customer…

I am writing this review about customer service as I have not received my product yet. I had googled what is the best serum for aging skin and one article I read really talked about inblair serum so I ordered one bottle. It gave me the option to order two but I thought well I don't know if it's gonna work yet so I'll just order the one. Then it gave me the option to do an add-on and I declined because I really just wanted to try the one first before I got too far into the company. Somehow there was a glitch on the website and it ordered a lot more for me than what I purchased so when I saw the charge hit my card I emailed customer service. Not only did they respond immediately, they also refunded my purchase very quickly and went ahead and sent me the other products and said I did not have to send them back. I was blown away. That's pretty cool! Can't wait to receive my serum!

This serum is great for acne prone skin

The Inblair serum has been great for my skin. I am 63 years old & developed adult acne a couple of years ago. I have tried every item on the market, both expensive & inexpensive. Nothing helped until I tried this serum. It cleared my face up & now the skin on my face is smooth, soft & plumped up. My friends have noticed a big difference. Thank you Inblair for making me feel good about myself again!

Love this serum!

This rejuvenate serum is wonderful. Have only been using this product for a few days and can't believe the difference it's made to my skin. You only need to use a small amount. And best of all -- no retinol. Customer service is the best. They just don't sell you a product, they want to make sure it's working for you. Class act.

Amazing Product

My name is Claudia. I brought a rejuvenate face serum about a month ago. It is an amazing product!!! I am currently doing chemotherapy and this serum really helps my face stay hydrated and it tightens my skin as well. I am leaving this review about the outstanding customer we of this company! Unfortunately, the product I purchased did not work for me. When I contacted the customer service center, my email was replied almost instantly. I have never dealt with a company with such outstanding customer service. I am a 67 year old female

I am a 67 year old female, and I have tried so many skin products to try and combat my dry, sensitive skin.
I started using this product and am so pleased at how it absorbed into my skin and soothed my irritation.
Within 2 days I saw an improvement in my skins texture and hydration. I am using it nightly alone and during the day under my sunscreen and light foundation.
I LOVE this serum and will be a lifetime user!
It also came beautifully packaged!
Only issue is the shipping time it took to get to me, which is why I gave 4 stars.
Allow two weeks.
