I have a paid account with the Jubii.dk subsidiary of Inbox.com and their IMAP/SMTP-servers very often are unavailable, even though I can see that their Webmail-servers are available. I have written to them many times explaining the problem that I can't synchronize my mail programs and even sending them ping information on the servers, but they do not do anything to solve the problem. I have written them through their support page and by direct mail including mail to the CEO, but to no avail. This is very unsatisfactory.

I am 76 and I have worked on computers for over 40 years and upgrading my sister in-laws machine, a new unit to Windows 11 and for first time I really screwed it up and lost all of her passwords and the hard disk from the original 15 year old Win10. I never mess up and I certainly did it royally. Thank You Eva, now I just have to wait two days for Google to send me a link and I should be well on my way to success.

Customer support has ALWAYS been very responsive. This e-mail service was purchased from a company based in Boca -Raton, FLA by a company in Norway probably about 10 years ago, now. The user interface and extent of services have been completely different. However, customer service has been wonderfully helpful, responsive and interpersonally consistent over that period.
