I appreciated that they understood the space that we are working in and the questions were relevant to the life of a business owner, launching a business.

What stood out most was Patrick's genuine curiosity. He didn't just run through a list of prepared questions, he actually followed the thread of what I was saying and asked the kind of follow-up questions that let me get into the why behind my work at Transformetic, not just the what. That made the whole conversation feel more like a real exchange than an interview.

He also gave me room to talk about my process, how I find clients, how engagements typically start, without rushing past it to get to the next topic. For a podcast guest, that kind of pacing makes a huge difference. It gave me space in the conversation and let me actually land the points that matter to me, instead of skimming the surface.

Overall, it felt like a conversation with someone who was actually listening, which is rarer than it should be.
