Much like other reviews, ordered well before Christmas, didn’t arrive until well after Christmas. One of the two Wands has worked ONE time, the other wand the button doesn’t even press. Completely useless and disappointing. On top of these wands being nothing more than paper weights, they have billed me $29.99/month since December without my approval. I went through my order and nowhere does it say anything about monthly charges. I have received zero communication about a subscription. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If it weren’t for them scamming me out of $120 I wouldn’t have even written a review, food for thought thieves.

Most horrible experience I’ve ever had with an online company. They do a lot of false advertisement & are very misleading. I bought a matching set shirts and pants once I received it, it was not what I ordered as advertised on google & their website. I notified the company to request a refund, they kept trying to offer me a partial refund, which I didn’t want I wanted 100% of my money back since the product was not what I ordered. Then I noticed another charge from this company on my bank statement. I reached out again and they said when you purchase a product from them you become a VIP member, which I was not aware of. Mind you I reached out to the company stating I don’t want to be a member I just want all my money back and I’m still waiting for some type of action from them. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’m still waiting. If the product was as advertised I would not have any issues but they falsely advertised something different and this is why I’m highly upset!!!

Product arrived late and didn’t function as advertised. I bought it as a gift and it was a huge disappointment.

I have never got my order yet. Is this fraud or what? Where is my package?

I bought a terabyte micro SD card from Indendio Magic Wand. It didn't work. When I requested a refund they told me I had to make a video of the sd card. That's f'n stupid to make customers do your quality control, but I did it anyway, and they still refused to give me a refund. Scam business - Do not buy anything from them!

Absolutely horrible experience. First off, when I bought the wand as a present, it did not work very well at all and after a day and a half of trying to get it to work, the most I could get was a little spark coming out of it. The real problem though that I only recently found out was they have continued to charge me $30 every month since the initial purchase for seemingly no reason. When asking their customer support, they say that every purchase gives you a VIP membership which gives you a great offer on the rest of their site. I never asked or accepted such an offer, and it's clear they wish to take advantage of the customer. Upon looking at the section of the site that even mentions it, no price is mentioned, and the "membership" is not listed anywhere on your account.

The delivery time is not respecter and is too late

Scam, dishonest by hiding monthly subscription fee. Signed up for getting emails when I placed an order and didn't know that meant a monthly fee. I contacted them and asked for a refund and this is the response that I received. "When placing an order on our website, you are automatically become a member of the Incendio VIP Club". What?? All I did was place an order for an item that cost $45 and ended up costing $75 because I was charged a monthly subscription. My order took over 2 weeks to arrive and on my next credit card statement, I noticed the monthly fee.
Just give a refund when you are contacted by people that didn't want a subscription. You make your money by scamming people. Don't buy from them.

I ordered a dress. It took 3 weeks to receive it. I paid extra for tracking shipping which was a joke. The dress itself was nothing like the photo. I literally laughed out loud. To make things even worse the company charged my bank account a month later for an unknown reason. I had to cancel my debit card. FYI…I actually paid for my purchase via Applepay. Buyer beware!

Wands arrived but faulty, and I just found that I’ve been signed up to a recurring monthly subscription that wasn’t agreed to nor wanted.

You try to cancel it and there’s no way to do so on their website.

Absolute scam. Avoid.

Yet another person tricked into their SCAM $29.99 per month charge for some ridiculous service that doesn't exist. Complete scam. Dirtbags. They've hit me for $30 5 months in a row and I just realized it.

Beware! Monthly unauthorized reoccurring charges of $29.99 were made after I purchased a Halloween mask from here.

Ordered a 1TB MicroSD card for $36 (other vendors selling it for hundreds). Sounds too good to be true because it is!

Pictures transferred to card saved as solid grey or black blocks or black and white stripes or as pink and green pixilated strips. When I tried to remove them from card, it wouldn't remove them. Those were transfers , not copies so now my precious pictures are forever gone.

Amd I cannot remove/delete/clear/clean the corrupt images off the card.

Also it will not accept word/text documents to be stored on it. Just says that it failed to transfer.

I've sent screenshots and screen recording/video of these issues to the support email and received no reply even though I messaged them well within their 10 day limit.

Also the tracking number link in their email is not legit. Failed to load.

I regret ever purchasing from them. I deserve a refund (still waiting).

Will never buy anything from site again.

Fraud!

The product I bought did not work in my device. It was absolutely the right product for my device but defective. I told them within the refund window, sent multiple pictures and video, it has been 4 months with no resolution. Terrible customer service - never buy from the company!!!

Told by “Moana Briar” there was nothing they could do about the charge or reimbursement for only receiving half of the order. Multiple emails sent regarding not being sent the full order. Nothing done. SCAM SCAM DCAM

Picked this up thinking it’d just be another gadget I’d use once and forget about. Turns out I was wrong, once the lights were off it actually looked pretty impressive. Didn’t expect to go back to it again but yeah… I did.

Daniel Jenkins and muhsin solake are just a bunch of worthless scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy the wand. They charge you $29.99 a month (on top of the original purchase) and I never clicked on any monthly subscription or membership. Plus the Wand doesn’t even work as advertised.
