Anthony works hard to keep his services running smoothly. It is evident InceptionHosting is a labour of love for him; he has invested his heart into it.

Maintaining quality of service (CPU load, I/O availability, network) means protecting the nodes and network from abusers who violate the terms of service. That unavoidably can be distressing to the abusers, but is heartily welcomed by legitimate users.
This is particularly relevant on the cheap LowEndSpirit NAT services. Many users are unaware of the very real cost of support load -- e.g., Anthony's time to answer support tickets -- which is why LES support is solely through the forum.

My only services at Inception currently are LES, but Anthony has always demonstrated professionalism in maintaining these services, which are surely not earning him any reasonable profit. If I ever need a rock-solid reliable KVM in the UK, though, Inception will be my first choice, particularly on Clouvider's network.

and years of VPN use on the hobby brand LowEndSpirit, before that.

The UK services are one of the most affordable decent DDOS protection VPSes on the low-medium unmanaged VPS market right now.
SSD-caching makes it more than fast enough for 99% of workloads.

I have had two servers with Inception Hosting for several years now. They have been close to 100% available - the few wrinkles have mainly been IPv6 outages.
Datacenter hosting moves have been well advertised and planned with no real disruption. The support is timely, honest and most incredibly patient.

I have a NAT VPS with Inception hosting and it's been rock solid. I had it for over 2 years now and never had any problems with it. The forum support is also very good, my queries were usually answered same day. Would definitely recommend.

My first Virtual Server with Inception Hosting was ordered in March, 2012 and I've been a happy customer since.
I have outgrown that first server but have continued to order Virtual Servers when needed and currently have nine active services with Inception Hosting.

During my time as a customer of Inception Hosting, a few bumps in the road has happened, nobody is perfect. By following Inception Hosting on twitter and the announcement feed on their website I have been notified about the situation when it happened and getting updates.

In general I have received more than expected for what I'm paying.

I've bought in February 2 VPS after seeing the commercial proposal on a very well known forum. The 2 VPS have as plan 6GB Ram, 2TB Bandwidth, 2 Core (Holland).
I've optimized both VPS (im an experienced sysadmin, i know how to configure and to tune well OpenLitespeed) to host WP Sites with OpenLitespeed. One VPS has one site idling 99% of the time and the other VPS has 4 sites idling 99% of the time .
Problems start almost immediately even if sites generate very low traffic (and 99% of the time no traffic at all).
I use 2 very well known services to monitor, independently from each other, domain status and server status. I almost immediately start to receive alert about high server load even if my wordpress sites are very well configured and they are not generating traffic...
In the last period i see frequently domain timeout (one service gives alerts when domain is not accessible) confirmed from high server load (the other service im using check server status and run inside the vps. if vps cannot "communicate" theres ofc an alert) in the same moment. I immediately check the server and i cannot SSH, cannot access Solus, cannot do anything. Its a sign of a "Node" super-over-sold.
I ask explanations about the low performances, frequently timeout (frequently timeout will damage ranking in long distance because site is not accessible), i give em my data about my monitoring services and the (rude and unprofessional) reply is that "this services are causing me distress"...
I look for it as the last resource (to not to throw in the wind over 60 €) if they can convert (but sound like only "one man army") my plans in a usable VPS Storage Server (reliable) because this 2 VPS were Horrible at every point. The reply is that their services are fully usable..........
In the face of what has happened to me i Recommend everyone not to use this "Company" and to look for alternatives.
Rude reply, Unprofessional and VPS with very poor performances.
A Total Waste of Time and Money that would be better served elsewhere.
