They have wonderful costumer service yet horrible quality of products.

I use they keyring chargers once in a blue moon yet that's when you find out it's out of duty.
Nice idea, but made of poor quality. the device has worked for about 5 times, then it broken down, all the pins inside the cip detached from the plug.
the worst thing is that the same thing has happened also to the one i gave as a present, so 2/2 products were demaged.
