1. Outstanding Products: a) They focus upon a limited number of essentials; b) they try to maintain stocks at needed levels; c) the workmanship ["fit and finish"] is consistently excellent--long term usage is their goal for washables (achieved); d) they innovate their consumables (keeping the best, and discarding less serviceable items).
2. Outstanding Service: a) calling Canada is as easy as calling "the next state over"; b) Customer Service is responsive, but WARNING (Due to OUR END problems, you may not receive emails sent to you. Easier to wait for weekday/business hours and just call--VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE.); "can do, how can we make it right" attitude. I decided to change my order, and with a quick call got a cancellation and IMMEDIATE in store credit and, even late in the day STILL GOT ITEMS INTO SHIPPER'S HANDS THE SAME DAY. (Bless the nameless CS staffer who helped me out. So, I got needed items BEFORE I entered the hospital for urology surgery--VERY much appreciated.)
3. Uncommonly good shipping options: a) for Canada to California, the price was fair--some US companies charge twice as much, even for Nevada to California shipping; b) Expedited shipping options EXTREMELY REASONABLE. [HINT: Increasing size of order often results in NO increase in shipping--just a FYI.
